The need more reliable drivers. The 67 is the worst bus ever! It’s always late or just doesn’t come at all, especially around 12-2 on Wednesday’s. Other drivers will pass up people at stops, be super early or super late causing a whole chain reaction for people that need to catch other busses.

During the trouble time with everyone dealing with Covid 19 as well the fear of it I find it interesting that on every D.O.T bus the intercom system states face mask required but do that only applies to passengers. I have seen numerous bus drivers not wearing a mask but wasn’t they stating that their health & safety is a at risk? I do have pictures of bus drivers not wearing their mask 😷

The drivers for DDOT(about 30%) SUCK!!! I almost hate them. I am so sick of some drivers NOT stopping when another bus is blowing their horn for dear life so a passenger can transfer smoothly. Its so unfair! I am late almost every time I work due to that reason alone. Other times they're early, GREENFIELD! There should be someone at the main cross sections and/or following a bus to be sure they're on time. Sometimes a whole bus never show up 😑😑😑. Y'all need drivers? I'll apply, ASAP. I can be one of y'all best drivers, no doubt!! I catch three buses from the Eastside to Dearborn and it is sometimes a difficult route because of DDOT's drivers. I'm so tired of calling making complaints just to get that funky piece of paper. What are you guys going to DO????

DDOT will get you where you need to go! It’s not the best service however some routes you can always catch 24/7. Some drivers have excellent customer service and some have attitudes.

This past Saturday September 9th and went to the Michigan and Schaefer in East Dearborn. I took the #1 Vernor to Michigan and Schaefer and I had no problems getting the bus. The Drivers that Drove the busses were very friendly and polite. And the #Vernor Route reminded me about when DSR (old Department of Streets Railways),#4 Baker/Ford Rouge Gate 11 Route back in the day.

It all depends on the route your getting on. Assume run like clockwork while others well don't work at all. I've lived in detroit my whole life and I came to realize if you don't have a car leave the bus line is unreliable!!!!

I've been riding the number 25 bus for the past three years. I only ride it during the winter when I can't bike, but generally it is somewhat reliable. The bus drivers are always friendly when I say good morning or hi, and I've never had any issues while riding the bus. Occasionally a bus won't come, which is especially bad when it's snowing and super windy. I definitely recommend downloading the "Transit" application from the APP store, it has fairly accurate times for all of the local bus systems. I now recommend the app to everyone that rides the bus. Update: I'm dropping this review by one star because the 25 bus is unreliable in the summer even. It just doesn't come in the morning and skips two time spots.

I been riding d.dot for as long as I can remember and a lots of the driver are very nice I no there job is very stressful at time but to night it was very cold and one bus didn't show up so I was very mad but the driver of the vandyk bus show up his customer service was outstanding he made sure we was on time for are next bus and to all the driver's thank for your service

Bus is extremely late supposed to be at 8 mile and Gratiot at 10:16 nothing showed it's 11:16 still no show if I can give no stars I would

I was told they don't take pics after 2pm. I got there at 1pm, stood line 20 mins. before being given a chair cause I just got a letter from my doctor stating I can't stand for one than 15 min. Then my paperwork was taken at 1:39 pm. I then sat in lobby until 2:10 pm asked security had the person who takes pics left, he said no. I wanted to make sure I wasn't sitting here and would have to come back. In the back the agent said her computer wasn't working, she had to turn it off. Now at 2:30 she took my pic and sent me home.

Nearly no drivers in this region use their turn indicator lights, and many debate over what a flashing red means. Creates for very dangerous and confusing driving conditions. Must better emphasize on driver education.

Bus don't even show up and calling the center don't give any info.
