I'm really disappointed how they treated my son in the MRI department. We had an appointment 940 get all the way here to be told their behind a hr now its 12 and my son still has not been sedated and they keep saying we're behind. My son has not eat or drank all morning I think its very cruel and straight up rude to leave people hanging for hours and not telling them nothing.

Worst experience ever, everything takes 2 hours to be done no matter what. They don’t know how to communicate between them to relay the information fast. When one doctor say we’re clear to go, the other one says we have to stay overnight. They are so slow and unprofessional it is chocking.

Absolutely love love love this Hospital!!! The staff was amazing friendly and sweet. My daughter stayed on 5 East after surgery and they were great! The nurses especially Courtney, Colleen and Leslie were great very friendly would answer questions and even would chat which helped comfort me! I will definitely return to this hospital if ever need be!!!

Brought my son here and it was the WORST experience! We stayed a total of 4 days. He had surgery on day 2. The facility is filthy, so filthy that myself and my son received either food poisoning or stomach virus from being there. So my son had to recover from surgery and we both vomited the rest of our stay! The Nurses have the personalities of rocks. And seriously lack empathy- Scary considering they are caring for our children. PLEASE seek an alternative place to take your precious children.

Slowest place I've been to period. Been here for well over six hours and I've only seen the person who does billing. Still waiting on a doctor two hours after we've been in the room. I get people are busy but I basically just put in half a shift with them 😑.

Which they cab be fast with there services. It's irritating when u have to stay 8 hours just to checked for a common illness. Made me just want to just go home n not be seen.

My 3 and half years old son had his procedure yesterday, he was sedated to get his teeth fixed, to be honest i was really scared and Skeptical about bringing him here from all the bad reviews i have read online, but the truth is they were all very nice from the nurses to the doctors, they have put him at ease and he was very happy and engaged, the doctors were very informative and considered. We went in/out at exactly the time scheduled. I am pleased that i didnt back off and went through with it. Thank you for all what you do 😍

We had such an amazing experience here. From the nurses to the surgeons they were beyond accommodating to my 6 year old. They answered every question we had and were patient with us as we were a mess from our sons emergency surgery. They kept us informed during the surgery to let us know he was doing good. After surgery he went up to the 5th floor and the nurses were so kind and made sure we were comfortable. The night nurse Bri came in to check on our baby very frequently and if something started beeping she was immediately in here. We highly recommend bringing your child here.

Dr Rao is GREAT very knowledgeable+professional my complaint is with security, the woman guard (I wore my mask upon entry) told me I had to use hand sanitizer+I REFUSED(overuse of antibiotics is why we have MRSA a super bug resistant to regular antibiotics) and I wash my hands as I always have! She said it was their policy and if I didn't I'd be denied entry--Asked for a manager he was great--allowed me to use the restroom to wash my hands (Looked at the posted sign it said required masks and we will ASK you to use sanitizer NOT require you to or deny entry) Female security guard needs some more training+people skills she denied the 2 people ahead of me entry for various reasons

This is the worst hospital tbh. Take your kids to Motts Ann Arbor or Beaumont. My nephew has almost died here so many times.about 5 years i was in anaphylactic shock and THEY SENT ME HOME. My mom had had to rush me to another hospital and i ended up in the ICU for 2 days.

This place is disgusting. The wait times are outrages. My child went in for appendectomy and it didn't happen until the next day. We arrived at 9am by ambulance, didn't get a CT scan until 7pm and surgery the next day at 11am. We spent 7 whole days there and it was the worst experience ever. Doctors at other hospital suggested she go here for because of better equipment. Way to go doctors but the facility and the staff and etc. is horrible. I even waited 30 minutes at Walgreens. The cashier insisted on mixing the prescription when I asked her not to. Our room was nasty. Nothing was cleaned. My mom bought bleach so that we can feel comfortable sleeping in that place. The bathroom was never clean until we cleaned it. Our roommate even had their own cleaning supplies. I already made a complaint to the state. This is a children's hospital a place for children to heal there's no way it should be nasty like that

Very nice and friendly environment. Specially Dr. Aslam is good. My daughter like her and said she is friendly. Thank you so much for caring my daughter. 👍👍👍
