This is my first time here they don't care about your time, they don't set appointments (walk-in clinic) Arrived at 850am and at 1050am still haven't seen anyone. I wouldn't bring my dying dog here. Unless you have nothing better to do I wouldn't go here. Definitely will be changing pcps after this experience. Wished I never came here total waste of time.

My first visit at Junction clinic was very pleasant with the staff I was very polite and the doctor was very helpful and explain thing to me very well. I’ve had Cortizone shots in the past that didn’t help and Dr. John gave me a shot of a type of steroid that help me a lot and it’s been helping relieve my pain which I’ve been dealing with for a long time and I would recommend this clinic I give themVery high ratings.

I was the 7th person when they open the doors, they kept me on the waiting room for 3 and 1/2 hours and they didn't even call me to take my vitals so I left, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to waste your whole day on a waiting room. I'm finding my self a better clinic.

The staff Is rude and unprofessional. Not the entire staff...one in particular. I had an appointment scheduled and because I didn't have the appointment slip that they gave me I couldn't see the doctor. No one told me that I needed to bring the slip back the day of my appointment. Usually they give you the slips as a reminder because no other clinic that I went to required you to bring in the slip that they give you for the appointment. The one individual was very rude and she had a smart mouth. If I had known that I was required to bring the slip back I would have done so because I took off work early to make this appointment and I don't understand why the clinic does not have a record of the appointments that they have scheduled. If there would have been an option to give a minus star for service I would have done so because this is totally unacceptable I will not recommend this clinic to anyone and I will take my business elsewhere.

Terrible place. Wait times are WAY too long. My grandma had an appointment, and a guard at the door wouldn't even let her in. Said she had to come back hours later. Wouldn't even listen when we said she had an appointment. Don't give appointment times if you won't follow them...

I'm giving 5 🌟because they have good Doctor's, I think the best Doctors around Southwest the only problem is that you have to wait 3hr to be seen for a 10min to 20min check up.. really.

They dont do walk in when i tried to take my daughter to flu shots. They should be taking walk in patients. For the children to have their physical check up every year. They set appointment 3weeks or 4 weeks late. When the mothers tried to take their kids to physical check up as soon as possible.. Appointment is so difficult bcz the parents that works. Their schedule doesnt revolve with the clinic schedule.. I had difficulty time at work that they need me to cover for the person at work when one person is absent..

I love the staff here. I thought I'd have a hard time finding a compassionate doctors office here in southwest Detroit. I was so wrong! Dr. Lammers is awesome, very thorough and cares about how you feel! So glad I found Junction Clinic!

Horrible place for health care. Dirty, roof leaking, old equipment, mold and horrible health care. Vaccinations and other shots that are supposed to be kept refrigerated are in old refrigerators from the 90's. WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING? Not into keeping the building up. They have a piece of wood across the door, as a lock. Small waiting room packed with people just sitting waiting way too long. It looks like prison and a BAD one at that. No communication between staff. DON'T GO THERE!!! Old money hungry doctors who have stopped caring about their patients a long time ago. The pictures are from just ONE room. It gets worse. The whole place needs to be shut down.

This clinic is really starting to look up. The interpersonal relationship that I am starting to have with my PCP hands down has been better than I ever had. As I child I was afraid of the doctor's but now I look forward to my visits bc not only do I feel like I'm being cleansed medically but I'm walking away with peace of mind knowing I am in good hands

Arrived at 10:30 and they told my mom she couldn’t see the dr till after 1:15 and there was about 25 names on the list to be seen after 1:15. The office is completely full and no where to sit.

I have never dealt with such unprofessional individuals in my life. This clinic is not what it use to be at all. You have to stand in line outside the clinic just so you can be seen an a timely manner otherwise forget going. Also the staff/nurses are rude and unprofessionally and will discuss your medical business in the open while other patients and people are around. Another thing forget, calling up there because you will never get through.. you will more than likely be placed on hold. I will definitely be going somewhere else!!

They got me together and I been going here since I was a kids.... not once I had a problem with them.

Wouldn't change my doctor. They are awesome. I never had to go elsewhere for treatment.

We loved the service we received, on a Saturday none the less, by Dr. Sailaja Peddireddy. She took the time to listen and help us with our medical needs and educate us on all our options. We were very pleased with our visit.

I love to go see Dr Lammers he is very professional and really cares also the nurses are nice and discreet thank you for checking my boys and keeping them healthy mentally and physically…

I had a bad experience at junction clinic and I've been coming here since 1980 dr. Erin refuse to see me because he said that dr. John is my doctor and he refuses to fill my medication I also had an ear infection

Local gem! I have a back injury from 2020 that I went to Michigan head and spine institute and they were of little help. After a reinjury I came here and and they were able to immediately pinpoint the injury after an x ray and provided me with additional benefits my insurance covered that MHSI did not make me aware. I am excited to work with them and all of the options to get my back fully recovered, in a short time my back already feels better.

wait times are extremely too long, and dr sitner lied to me about a diagnosis. would not recommend to anyone.

0 Stars is the Honest Truth. After first initial visit I was ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL IN LESS THAN 12 HOURS OF BEING TOLD I WAS PERFECTLY HEALTHY by Doctor Sitner. Phone are always busy, been trying to contact over 2 weeks to get the results of my blood test. Finally have to physically go to facility and deal with VERY RUDE NURSES, person suppose to be taking temperatures for covid is not present at the door, when I walked in and told them of the situation they told me I need to have my temperature taken to be signed in. When I told them the person was not there, they became even more rude telling me I would have to wait at least an hour to be signed in. Once I mentioned contacting a lawyer they immediately had someone out there to check temperatures. FACILITIES LIKE THIS ARE THE REASON COVID IS SPREADING AND SO MANY PEOPLE ARE DYING

It takes a long time, 4 to 5 hours, too long to wait. Since they already have many patients, they don't care anymore, I don't recommend it and there is only one lady who gives the vaccines and only for. Appointment and if she peels, no one else can go, vaccine and very stinky, the room smells horrible.
