I parked here on the weekend and it was great. Got to park the whole day (even after the garage was 'closed') and it was only $10. I drove up to the upper floors and there were zero cars there. Just make sure you drive slow and watch for peds and other cars (it's really not that hard). Also the elevators and other pedestrian areas were clean and nice. Elevators were fast, too. I don't know anything about this place during the week, but if you need to park over the weekend this place is a natural choice.

It's a parking garage...If you need a receipt ( for work) so you can get reimbursed good luck..You have a 50/50 chance of getting a receipt. I've been shafted several times this month. They say they will email you within 24-48hrs...that is a straight up LIE!

I usually have luck parking here. They've always got a spot open, and it's convenient. I've never really seen any rude people trying to take up 2 spots, or parking too close to your car. I've never been bothered by our homeless community in this structure like I have in others in the past.

Awlful!!! I will never park here again!!! It says honk when go up to the parking structure bcuz someone will hit you if you don’t. It’s one lane, which they do not tell you . Then they never tell you that there is not an elevator. I had to go down two flights of stairs with three children one in a stroller . When I returned, I asked if someone would help me up the two flight of stairs with the stroller they were rude and not a gentleman and and ignored me. I had to take a stroller and two other babies up two flights of stairs by myself a 61-year-old lady, I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I would never park here ever again. No gentlemen, they just ignore you. One lane & no elevator which they fail to mention. DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!

The sign for payrate clearly said "$10 flat rate after 4 pm" and we were a few minutes after 4. The woman turns the sign around to reveal "$20 event parking" AFTER we were in line, pulling up to pay for the advertised $10.

Parking attendant was helpful. She took my credit card and inserted it into the machine for payment. I didn't have to get out of the car.

I bike into work during the spring, summer, and fall. I've been parking my bike here on rainy days for almost three years, and suddenly can't park my bike here unless I have a badge. It is ridiculous to expect bikers to get or pay for a badge for bike parking. Parking a bike in downtown Detroit more difficult than it should be, and bike parking should always be free because it is better and more environmentally friendly to ride a bike into downtown. I understand if I need a badge to get into the parking deck after hours, but the guard did not explain that to me, so I doubt that is the reason why I suddenly need a badge. I'm sure this parking deck is fine for cars, although extremely pricey, but bikers be warned.

Scam artists! I was told (By the attendant) that overnight parking would be $10. She didn't mention the additional $19 that mysteriously showed up when I tried to leave the deck. Of course, there was no one around to resolve the situation when I was trying to leave.

Went to autorama sunday. WTF is wrong with this security guard. He was as rude as they come and we didnt even do anything he got out at the pay booth and yelled at us because we had to figure out how to pay the machine for 1 minute (no one behind us even). Might just use the people mover next time.

They waved me in for the car show, but then I got a $90 ticket a month later saying I didn't pay. I never got a paper upon entering the open garage, and the exit was open. Apparently Metropolis owns the garage.
