This establishment is pretty scary. Vagrants begging for money, outside the front door. Drug addicts sleeping in the booths, and shooting up, in the bathrooms. There was a young lady who sat behind me, as I was eating. She was talking loudly into her phone, and smelled so badly, that I couldn't even finish my meal. She kept repeating that she didn't abandon her children for drugs, and would get on methadone soon. Would not recommend this location.

went to eat in here the other day this woman and her boyfriend a white woman and black man kept harassing for me money, She said she was a youtuber or something and she had a missing thumb and missing teeth, She wouldn't stop asking me for money and then stole my french fries off the table when I went to the bathroom. She kept asking for french toast while talking in to the phone.......

The food is really good but the service is somewhat questionable and I've heard management being really rude towards other fellow employees and it made me really uncomfortable. I also think that sometimes the team could have better time management skills and pay closer attention to their orders and have less loud casual conversation while on the job.

A pink burger. After a long wait. I threw up in my mouth. And my stomach aches off the one bite. As I returned and requested a refund, I was told my meal could only be remade. I ask for a manager and was asked which one. No words. Update: after the manager fixed my food that day I forgave them. But today on 11/28/21 A miscommunication occurred in which I asked for no ketchup. My order was placed as no pickle so I politely asked for it to be changed. Whoever was the lady taking the orders was defiant and needs training in customer service. I won’t be back. Also I heard her say no pickle and I refrained her. Was told to pull in 2 and still didn’t get my pickles terrible.

Well, Typically don't like to leave bad reviews but this McDonald's deserves every bit of what I'm going to say today, I wouldn't suggest this location to any one looking for Great, fast or friendly service. The management in here is a joke, and the service sucks every single time I'm in this place it never fails . I've had to call corporate and still nothing was settled by doing that . So i would just stear clear of this location it will spare you the hassle. Trust me. Here's a few reasons why . I'll shorten the story up by adding photos.. any who RAW MEAT ..... Short story huh ? Well that's what I got when I asked and paid for a quarter pounder with cheese. Picture below 👇 Another incident Next, I asked for extra tarter sauce for my grandmother fish sandwich ... Well extra is just what I got with my cold French fries on the side . Picture below 👇 🤦‍♀️ There are Plenty of locations around just pass this ghetto one up by all means, old snobby women with bad attitudes or a milenial with zero common sence running this one .... you'll thank me later

I am very disappointed with this McDonald as soon as I came in a lady said don’t come to the counter Oder at the kiosk. And when they called me a lady named mildred was very rude unprofessional and told me they stop serving breakfast mind you I order before the time of breakfast is over . She yelled at me do you want your food or not . The last thing I wanna do is file a lawsuit against McDonald’s for discrimination or verbal assault . It is not right how they treat people here only because they are employees rose t mean they have the right to act the way they do with people .

Best experience in my life with the employee that gave me my order ...such an upbeat attitude...very rare!

They allow the 2 Drug Addicts Maddie and Jarryl to sit in the back room beg for money and go live begging for money.....that they know is for the D man for their drugs. These 2 will stand outside Harassing people for money! REPORT this McDonald's!!!

The manager was friendly. The crew was efficient, competent and professional. My burger was well prepared, hot and tasty. Kudos to the team at this location. 👍🎉 The McDonalds in Michigan Avenue in Dearborn should have their staff and manager do a “Field trip” to witness what good management and customer service looks like.

Drive-thru looked busy but they moved it along to my satisfaction. Would have been a 5 if the biscuits I ordered weren't hard. Good service overall

Worst customer service..... waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes watched 2 other customers pull up after me get there order taken and then the person taking the order was rude and nasty because I didn't want to order any more after being pushed to the side like garbage..... don't go there if you value your time and dignity

Suppose to be a double quarter pounder. For the second time, they game me a raw one. I know for sure there giving the same to everyone else. If I were you check your food or don’t order any burgers. There trying to kill us!!!

The quarter pounder patty was basically raw. The cheese wasn't even melted and the fries were just thrown into the bag. What a waste of my $. Won't be going back there again!

Breakfast was great! Drive thru was quick and the food was hot! The cashier was courteous, polite and had a smile. Thanks for the smile, it made my day.

That manager there in the day needs to go. Because of her me and my boyfriend will never go there again. We go all the way down livernois to the other one just to avoid dealing with her. She's very rude and all she does is scream at everyone including customers.

Worst place ever…. Mangers are rude and place is dirty every time I come in.. Phyliss needs to be fired she is extremely rude to staff and customers. The kids that work there need better attitudes when I told the young lady at the back window my order was wrong she told me that’s what I ordered and shut the window in my face.. 10/10 would not recommend

This is the only McDonald's I ever been to I didn't have to wait 20 minutes and the staff was super friendly and beautiful

As busy as our family is we always end up getting McDonald's from this location because we know the food will always be fresh hot and customer service is great. They always have everything that they have on the menu. And when we leave our 6 year old is always happy. We've been going here for 2 years straight approximately once or twice a week and have never had a problem. We stop even on the way to school for breakfast in the morning and the breakfast customer service and food is awesome as well!

This McDonald's had had long lines at the drive thru to long to wait so I went in to place my order and I was told to go and place my order on a machine they would not take my other so I went to the one on Vernor and that one was a lot better got my order fast and no long lines

This McDonald's is fast especially when you're in a hurry in the morning to get a coffee and a sandwich for breakfast on your way to work hey get you in and out quick and fast. And their food is fresh and hot and ready to go

I'm employed there and it is a very friendly family oriented environment with room for advancement.

Food is mostly always fresh, I prefer this McDonald’s over the one on vernor.. the only difference is that the staff are way rude here. They should probably train them better.
