This is a perfect place at the altstadt to have drink and enjoy the atmosphere. The sausages are also very tasty. Service is amazing.

The best bar in the world. Me and my girlfriend went there everyday during our 3 day trip and it was amazing. Staff were very friendly, especially Dejan and Alexandra. Wide selection of drinks and great sausages as well. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be re-visiting.

Great little cafe on rumer - nice view, friendly staff, and a nice place to watch the world walk by. Had so many different types of great sausages for dinner. Recommended!

The best view over the iconic Römerplatz! It's probably hard to get a restaurant with a more spectacular view in Frankfurt. The food is nothing to write home about but the view, the beer and the service are great. The prices are OK, considering the view.

Very cozy place in the middle of the old town. Prices were very affordable and the food was amazing. I ordered the original Flammkuchen and it was so goood! My friend ordered the traditional Grüne Sauße and she cleared the whole plate. I would definitely recommend coming here :)

Great place to stop for a beer and a sausage (they are awesome), order from the window and share one of the tables, I enjoyed talking with a local and was really helpful for my short visit on a layover…Prices are very good and you can pay with card (no all places accept CC only cash), Pretzel was really good as well.

This place serves really good potato soup with sausages (kartoffelsuppe mit würstchen) - its like a cream soup with pureed potatoes, chopped carrots, and a bit of parsley. Order this on a cold day with grey skies, sit outside and sip on this soup and it will make your day! Server was polite too :)

I stopped here to rest my feet after walking in from the other side of the Messe, ended up eating here too! Fantastic service from very friendly staff, who also recommended what I ate! I still don’t know what it was but it was VERY tasty! Highly recommend if your in the area!

We sat at an outside table to rest and drink beer in the heaet of römer. Ended up eating sausage as well and even ordered a second one because it was quite delicious 👍

I liked this place, despite the bad reviews I went there and I think it was fine. I liked the apple wine and the sausage was very good too. The service is kinda slow tho

The food was okay, as good/bad as any tourist trap. We did feel scammed though: we asked if they accepted Visa, the waiter said yes. Tried to pay and she would not accept credit cards. But of course they have an ATM in the basement. The ATM charged $16 in fees on 50EUR withdrawal.

The sausage was really tasty and the cabbage was OK. It was a little bit disappointing that the restaurant didn't keep the prices right. It was written that a side dish would cost 3.50 euros if I ordered a sausage, but in fact, they charged more money. The table was really sticky, although the waitress tried to clean it.

Get there early. This place is in a nice spot where you can sit and enjoy a nice beer. Only down side is that they close early. Another person joined our group and service was denied. The waitress however was nice enough to give then at least one beer but they had no chance to try the sausage. Owners son was mad and wanted everyone to leave.

I can't rate the food as we have not eaten there yet, but we have stopped by for after dinner drinks multiple times and have enjoyed ourselves. They have "SKY" so there is always a game on the screen. Drinks are reasonably priced and the atmosphere is great. It sits about 100yards from the river and in an open courtyard area with multiple other places. You can sit indoors at the bar, or facing out looking into the courtyard, or outside tables. All offer a good view and on a good weather day it is the place to be. This has become our last walking stop in Frankfurt when we visit, which has been weekly the past couple of months.

The sausages were really good as well as the rest of our meal. The service was not very nice. We ordered two sausages and a flammkuchen. The drinks came out and then the sausages came out. We had finished our sausages and we're waiting over 20 minutes. When I called the server over. I mentioned to her that we were still waiting for the flammkuchen And she aggressively yelled. "Just wait. Be patient!" I had figured that she forgot about the order. So I sat there after being yelled at and felt uncomfortable. Another 10 minutes later pass and she comes up to us and said "what did you order?" It was clear that she forgot to put the order in as I had suspected but instead of apologizing or admitting it she said "okay it will be 5 minutes." Everything tasted really great, the views are incredible at this little spot, but I would have appreciated being spoken to how I speak to others, with kindness.

Amazing view of the Romer Plaz, best Frankfurter City sausages, best beer (Schofferhofer weizen and Krusovice black). Lovely service and nice atmosphere. Not to be missed. Thank you!

Utterly amazing and wonderful! My partner and I were there for dinner and requested one of each. So, we got 5 types of wurst, two buns, a pretzel, sauerkraut and potatoes for €25. A perfect sharing platter, and decent applewein too!

Lovely lady served us and was very helpful. Hubby delighted he could have a cigarette inside and food very good and service very quick

The staff was the least friendly I've met in a long time. We wasn't sure what to have to drink, and instead of recommending anything she asked with a very frustrated tone if she should come back later. When we had made the order she left the table complaining about us in German. I speak German and she was not very quiet :) I don't know how Handkäs is supposed to taste but I would not recommend it.

Very small indoor seating area, but they have warm blankets and heated outdoor tables that makes it more appealing. The food was okay, thé drinks varied some tasted good and some tasted funny. Thé overall experience and the atmosphere was worth the 5 stars.

A nice place. Service could have been better - a little slow. We did not try the apple wine, but we had some dark Czech beer which was very good, and the signature Grüne-Soße (green sauce) which is a specialty from Frankfurt (made with 7 specific herbs). It was very good, although the portion size was a little small. However, we asked for bread and were given some for free, which was really nice. I will go back to the apple wine when I am in Frankfurt again.
