After a long, painful wait, I finally got my turn and was pretty much fobbed off. I had terrible stomach cramps and the doctor didn't even feel my stomach or examine me. He said I should take off my mask because he couldn't understand me. I ended up given heartburn medication and diagnosed with heat stroke. Although I have emphasized several times that I have not been in the sun in the last few days. In the end I went to the pharmacy to get myself something for stomach cramps. He was also super intimidating and would make comments like "weren't they out partying all night?" In general I was not taken seriously and treated very unkindly by the doctor. The visit is not worth it at all, you can really google it better. Just sad! But then having the most amazing practice room for such a bad doctor. You can save yourself!

Noch nie hatte ich eine Begegnung mit einem so unfreundlichen, unprofessionellen Arzt, wie mit Dr. Mattern. Eine bodenlose Frechheit! Ein alter, verbitterter Mann, dem das Wohl der Patienten offensichtlich am A**** vorbei geht. Obwohl die anderen Mitarbeiter freundlich wirkten, war dies definitiv mein letzter Besuch in dieser Praxis.

Ich schreibe nie Bewertungen, aber diese Praxis ist es wert, eine Ausnahme zu machen. Noch nie im Leben wurde ich so schlecht behandelt. Bei einer WELTWEITEN PANDEMIE musste ich nicht nur 3 STUNDEN IM KLEINSTEN WARTEZIMMER DER WELT WARTEN, sondern als ich endlich gerufen wurde, war der Arzt nach 5 Minuten fertig mit mir. Er schenkte mir keine Aufmerksamkeit, er hat mich krankgeschrieben, ohne mir zu sagen, welche Medikamente ich nehmen sollte. Es ist mir egal, ob es das häufigste Fieber ist, es ist ihre Aufgabe, den Patienten zu informieren, wie sie auf sich selbst aufpassen können. Oder sollte ich vielleicht raten, welche Tabletten ich nehmen soll?

Ich bin heute bei Herr Mattern gewesen weil mein eigentlicher Hausarzt nicht da war. Das was ich erlebt habe mit Herr Mattern gleicht einer bodenlosen Frechheit so einen harschen und emphatielosen Menschen bin ich selten begegnet. Ich wurde völlig ablehnend und verachtend in 2 Minuten abgespeist. Das Wohlergehen der Patienten scheint ihn absolut nicht zu interessieren, ich bin noch Stunden dannach völlig empört von seinem Auftreten und rate jedem ausdrücklich sich nicht von diesem Mann behandeln zu lassen.

I can mainly speak for Ms. Müller because I am her patient, but she is a great, empathetic doctor who always takes you seriously. The remaining employees at the reception of the practice and in the laboratory also do their jobs really well! They are always so friendly and approachable and you always feel valued. My whole family goes here and we are all very satisfied. However, I can't necessarily recommend the other doctors because they were not seen as very positive by the representative.

2 Sterne für Dr Middeldorf. Den Rest kann man leider vergessen. Stundenlang wartet man dort, trotz corona, mit 19!!! Anderen im Raum. Da wird man leider abgefertigt wie am Laufband! Ordentliche Untersuchung ? Hier definitiv definitiv nicht

I went to the dermatological clinic here and was treated by Frau Böhmer. She can speak English perfectly and was super nice and friendly. You can have an appointment quite quickly. Besides, it was informed to me that one laser treatment for acne scars costs 400€, just a piece of info :)

I'm leaving a review because I had to look for a new family doctor after my last experience in the practice. I was actually always treated by the doctor and I really liked it! She is very kind and empathetic. Unfortunately, she wasn't there one time when I had severe stomach problems and I was examined by her male colleague. He listened to what I had to say for about two seconds, made a not very nice comment about my last illness from my file, didn't look at me or physically examine me and sent me home with the statement "it's an infection". - without medication or anything else. I even think it's a disgrace that he was allowed to bill my doctor's visit because he simply didn't do anything. Because I was worried that my doctor might not be there again when I needed to go to the doctor, I looked for another practice. It's a shame, because the team is also very nice.

In der Praxis wird man seid Corona so gut wie nie untersucht wenn man was hat. Das nervt es scheint so als wird man nicht ernst genommen. Zusätzlich arbeiten dort viele unfähige Arzthelferinnen. Wenn man Arzthelferin wird sollte man auch die richtigen Patienten aufrufen und immer freundlich bleiben.

I was with Dr. Wollny - he is pragmatic and nice. I would recommend. The team is also friendly. The waiting times are often long.

I am very satisfied with the practice. You can always get an appointment quickly and straight away and I never had to wait too long. I have always had statutory health insurance and been treated by Ms. M. and she is definitely a really great doctor. She takes her time, examines things thoroughly, listens to you, and responds to requests/suggestions. I have often been to the other doctors as a substitute and I can only have good things about Mr. Ma. to report. I had problems with breathing after Corona and he did a lung function test with me, prescribed spray and when it didn't get better he sent me for an X-ray. The employees at registration are always very nice and friendly. I can only recommend the practice, at least from a nurse's perspective, and would like to emphasize once again how satisfied I am with Ms. M. as a general practitioner.

The staff is friendly and making appointments is easy. There’s another star for that. BUT: I came to the practice with Corona (for the sick note and after being asked by phone). The first sentence from Dr. When I was informed that I had Corona, the answer was “I don’t care”. Yes, well, but unfortunately it wasn't for me because I had a high fever and severe body aches. Then he seriously asked me to take off my mask because he would hardly understand me. I told him that I felt uncomfortable with it and that I didn't want to do it out of solidarity with other people. He then said to me the sentence: “If everyone thinks of themselves, everyone is thought of.” My jaw dropped. I find it impossible from a doctor. This visit was the last in this practice, I don't feel like it anymore.

Herr Middeldorf ist ein super netter und kompetenter Arzt. Nimmt sich viel Zeit für seine Patienten. Die Helferinnen auch nett. Herr Wollny hingegen sehr arrogant und hektisch, hört nicht zu und nimmt einen nicht ernst. Daher "nur" 4 Sterne.

One on the neck, one on the stomach and two on the legs. To clarify the circumstances: Due to the hot days, the marking on the neck had faded a little and was no longer easy to see, but if you looked closely (I checked this in the mirror at home) it was still there. Since I didn't have a mirror in the practice, I pointed to my neck where I thought the bite had occurred. Skin irritation was suspected due to the faded markings. I was accused of not having a tick bite. Knowing the irritation he was looking at, I tried to tell him that that wasn't the right spot and I mentioned several times that I had marked the spot where I was bitten, but this was not addressed. Although this was absolutely not necessary because of a tick bite on my neck, I was asked to free myself from the top with the reason that "I can't see anything." Because I was already under a lot of verbal pressure at this point and because of my confusion I obeyed. I only realized that this was unnecessary and inappropriate when it was not my neck but my entire upper body including my back(?) that came under the visual inspection. I commented that I had no tick bites on my back and tried to focus attention back on the marked areas, which was not addressed. The tick bites were not viewed or examined by Dr.Mattern. I am giving these two stars because I was able to come to the practice at very short notice, the practice team and Dr. Wollny are actually nice. Dr. Wollny is my treating doctor who wasn't there today. I have from Dr. Mattern was prescribed prophylactic antibiotics, which in my experience is the right active ingredient against Borrelia. Still, I wonder why I had to undergo an upper body inspection when I'm already getting a prophylactic and the bites aren't being looked at.
