Extremely fresh and delicious food and superior service! I took my son to go there for burgers but got beverages for free! Very nice reception there. The atmosphere is great. Very energetic feelings.

It is the best hamburger around the world. It taste so good. The flavor is the same as USA. Clean and quickly excellent job. It some knows the manager tell him that this restaurant should be in my city. It is a bit more expensive comparing to other fast food places, but the burger patties were super tasty and fresh, two patties per burger were very satisfying. Very good fries also and the little size was already a lot.

I was by chance in this place, I can say that the quality of the food is excellent, clean place but above all the prices are consistent with the quality, but most importantly the kindness.

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Gladly again and definitely to recommend. Service super friendly and fast. You have to eat!!!!

place really clean and the service was nice and gentle. I couldn't get pictures of the place or the food but the hamburger and chips( Classic) definitely a 10/10. Felt really welcomed and ate really good. The price is worth the dinner.

The new burger franchise arrived in Bonn from New York. Very simple menu. You have 15 toppings for free. The burgers are very tasty and the French fries are delicious. Only the Hot dog can't convince. Service is friendly and helpful. Keep going

I cannot understand some of the rather mediocre reviews. This may be, for my taste, one of the best burgers in Germany. It is not crisp and cross but soft and juicy but this is not a question of quality but a question of taste, and I love it. With my eyes closed I could have sworn to have eaten an original In-N-Out Burger which was one of the best burgers of my life when I was in California. Now it feels as if I had the In-N-Out Burger in Bonn, under the name Five Guys.

First time at Five guys, great experience. Totally patient staff. Wasn't busy, but still, explained, helped, accepted our multilingual craziness. Then the burger were fresh and tasty. And just about as fast as most Mc's order these days, but so much fresher and tastier. But as always good things come with a price, so do not expect to pay Mc's prices and you will be fine.

Seems over complicated. Why not have a computer to order from? This would make it easier than saying I want tomato, lettuce, ketchup etc to a person at the till. Also I didn't realize until after what the little dishes were. I presume now they are for one burger patty than two. I thought as I was eating that two patties in my burger are too much. Make it clearer at checkout what the little dishes are, then I would have ordered one.

Great burger but very expensive. Claimed they had 100+ drink variations. But only regular coke was available. Big minus that you had to buy everything separate. No value menus. Fries not that special. Will not eat here again.

I like the milk shake so much! It is sweet and cool and I like the chocolate milk shake most, also the serive is good too, very friendly!

The burger tasted okay... but not worth the price. PS: I had this as dinner and then spent the worst night in my life throwing up! My stomach didn't digest any of it!!! If u have to 10€ to spend please go get a proper burger from a good restaurant!

Yeah it’s a bit expensive compared to other fast foods but the quality is also better. You get juicy patties and not dry piece of meat on your burger. The crew is really patient and kind. The drinking machine is something incredible, a lot of flavours and free refills! So if you like good burgers fries and free refills, it’s the right place for you. I love it

Burgers were really good, enjoyed the assembly of the different components. Milkshake was delicious as well, and the overal atmosphere was fine. Personnel was really helpful and quick with preparing the burgers!

I think the only good thing here is you can have unlimited ads on. However i find quality average.

I don't know about you, but for me, this is the only place to go for really tasty fries. You really must try it. Burgers and everything else is also good.

Sorry for german speakers, I am still learning German. Food was really good and fairly priced. Attention from cashier was also very good! Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars on this occasion is that my son's hotdog had some really hard little... things in it? We believe it may have been just some pepper pieces. Second time we were there everything was very good again. Customizable burgers are a very nice way to eat them. A bit random, you can grab peanuts. They've got boxes and they were very good as well.

It is a fast food chain. The quality of the burguers is not bad and you can customise your order a lot, but it's a bit pricey. The place was almost empty when we were there and it was not an unusual hour, so it felt a bit weird, although the service was quick.
