I
would.
From
the
moment
you
walk
in,
you
are
greeted
by
the
absolute
kindest
and
attentive
staff.
The
restaurant
is
beautifully
decorated
making
you
feel
like
you
are
sitting
in
a
luscious
Japenese
garden.
Every
dish
we
ordered
was
better
than
the
last.
Except
the
seared
scallops
with
a
ponzu-yuzu
sauce
and
truffel
cream,
which
we
shared
for
an
appetizer.
This
dish
topped
them
all.
AMAZING!!
Beautifully
presented
but
the
taste…
the
scallops
just
melted
in
your
mouth.
Perfection.
The
sushi
was
hands
down
the
best
sushi
we
have
had
in
Wiesbaden…
and
we
have
been
to
plenty
in
the
area.
This
is
a
modern
fusion
restaurant,
but
they
also
make
sure
to
offer
traditional
roles
as
well.
The
ratio
of
fish
to
rice
was
the
best
I
have
ever
seen.
What
really
puts
this
restaurant
on
top
of
the
others
in
the
area
is
the
different
types
of
fish
that
they
actually
offer.
Most
sushi
restaurants
only
offer
salmon
and
tuna
rolls
with
a
wide
variety
of
tempura
or
veggie
dishes.
This
restaurant
really
goes
above
and
beyond
to
offer
scallops,
yellowtail,
and
Dorado.
You
can
even
pre-order
lobster!
To
make
a
perfect
evening
even
more
perfect.
The
waitir
overheard
that
it
was
my
husband’s
birthday
and
brought
us
a
stunning
dessert
on
the
house.
We
will
definitely
be
coming
back.
