A really excellent massage is really good and you can really relax

My voucher (purchased on August 20th, 2020), which we bought to support Corona, was unfortunately rejected today because it expired 6 days ago. My reference to the second lockdown from November 2020 - May 2021, in which the voucher could not be redeemed for > 6 months, was ignored. So I left without a massage. Very disappointing and definitely never again.

Way too much OIL and I find it a bit too weak. I also think it's a shame that people don't ask where the pain is. The OIL is smeared into my hair and face which is what I really hate the most. I've been there once and you can tell that she can if she wanted to, but unfortunately she doesn't build up any strength and afterwards the pain goes away because of the rheumatism medication that is rubbed on her. Annoys me

I've been going to Saitong for many years. I can only recommend it - I have already done so several times :-) The atmosphere is very nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and if the maseurs detect extreme tension during the massage they really try to "solve it" - to help you. I wanted vouchers again for my birthday - always a nice thing. I also think it's good that you can request appointments via email. Everything is just right here! Keep it up !

Service was good, the staff did a great job!

After a day at the office with the wrong sitting position, neck tension and back pain, the massage here is just the thing👍🏽

Also ich war jetzt insgesamt 2x hier und beide Male hat es mir nicht gut gefallen. Ich dachte ich gebe dem Ganzen nochmal eine Chance. Das war leider nichts. Es wird sehr schnell und hastig massiert. Die Bewegungen eher ruckartig und kurz anstatt langsam und lang ausstreichende. Teilweise quetschend. Ich hatte das Gefühl, es geht der Dame darum ein gewisses Programm abzuspulen und eine Abfolge von hastigen möglichst schnellen Bewegungen auszuführen und nicht darum dem zu massierenden gut zu tun. Es fehlt jegliches Gefühl bei dieser Massage. Es gab insgesamt sehr wenig bis garnichts was sich für mich richtig gut angefühlt hat. Ich war eher froh als es vorbei war. Dafür auch noch 47€ finde ich absolut unangebracht.

Quality of the massage was good, but gentler than a typical Thai massage. In addition, due to previous customers, the massage was started 10 minutes later and then ended after 50 minutes (instead of the booked 60 minutes). Despite the notice, the full price was charged for the massage.
