Not that I had any idea, but what I observed was that the customers' wishes were listened to very thoroughly and precisely, they were addressed and advised carefully and professionally, and everything was then implemented very thoroughly and precisely. All of this in a very familiar, friendly environment and with a lot of good humor. I calmly enjoyed the coffee that was offered to me and marveled at what there was in the world hidden from guys.

Went to Constanza in Cologne for eyelash extensions for the second time, after a break of over 3 years. I feel very well looked after here and have also received very good advice. I am very happy with the result and can only recommend the eyelash room. Important: The work is carried out cleanly and tidily. No disinterest towards the customer.

I am very satisfied with the eyelash lift. The employees were super nice and the colleague who worked on me explained everything to me very well and did a very good job. The shop is also very neat and tidy. I will gladly come again!

I can only warmly recommend the eyelash room. I have already had experiences with eyelash lifting elsewhere and I have to say, the result has never been as wonderful as with Kerstin. The shop is really cute and very well maintained. So far I have always been served by Kerstin. A very sweet, likeable and friendly woman who enjoys doing her job and, above all, does it well. Everything is explained very well and the work is top notch!!! All the girls there are really great, very personable, friendly and always helpful.
