Please don't continue looking for hairdressers, don't browse at all, just make an appointment... I'm really fascinated by this salon, I haven't had a good hairdresser before, it was always very scary when it came to haircuts and color, I was here for an appointment this morning and I have to really confirm with complete honesty and joy It was really worth it 🎉🎉🎉 Very experienced and competent employees who have delivered real results... Last min they cancelled my appointment as I think they found a higher paying female customer . I think it’s unethical and not professional at all :(

This was my first time having the pleasure of visiting this hair salon and I am absolutely thrilled. From the friendly welcome to the final hair styling session, I felt like I was in the best hands. The staff was professional, attentive and knew how to implement my wishes perfectly. The atmosphere was pleasant and the results speak for themselves - my expectations were more than exceeded. An outstanding experience that will definitely make you want to repeat it!

Nice and easy

Terrible. Booked an appointment but they were running late so had to wait over half an hour before it was my turn. Now I understand this can happen so I wasn’t too bothered but it was just irritating. After about 40 minutes someone finally came to wash my hair but I wish he hadn’t. I don’t think this guy had ever washed a woman’s hair before... he did not do any of the usual massaging and taking care with the delicate wet hair. I didn’t choose to pay extra for the hair mask, but I didn’t realise that would mean that I wouldn’t get any conditioner at all!! Then the guy rubbed my hair dry with a towel with such force that I worried the hair would all break. When he went to brush my hair without a wide toothed comb or a tangle teeter and without any kind of conditioning spray I actually had to stop him because I felt so uncomfortable with this amateurish behaviour. At this point a woman colleague stepped in and the haircut I received from her was ok, but by this point I was feeling so irritated and the feeling that this salon was deeply unprofessional did not leave me. I did get a voucher worth €10 for my trouble, but I will not be going back. To the salon: if you are running late, politely explain and estimate the waiting time. Maybe even offer the opportunity for me to come back later. Don’t ignore me for 40 minutes then attack my hair without a care in the world.

First time in the studio today - went because I was unhappy with a hair cut from a different studio. Came in and was immediately welcomed by very friendly staff. Next came a consultation with the hairdresser who was clearly very experienced. She was kind, knowledgeable and a very clear communicator who outlined exactly what was going to be done and how much it would cost. Very happy with the final results and would recommend to anyone and everyone. (Had my hair cut short - pixie cut - and dyed ash blonde).

I went to Merve's today and we touched up my blonde hair. Her advice was very detailed and helpful! You could really tell that she took the time for you!☺️ The color and cut look beautiful. I will definitely come back to her and can definitely recommend the salon to everyone!! Best regards
