The property management is always easy to reach by phone and email and responds quickly to any questions. The caretaker is also quickly on site if there is anything in the apartment. The apartment is centrally located and furnished with beautiful classic Ikea furniture. Very good experience. Thanks!

Quite a nice place to find furnished studio apartments. Perfect for singles starting out in the city and looking for a place.Good location, though a tad pricy in my opinion.

A single catastrophe. Apartment was dirty. No direct contact person on site, only possible by telephone. Unspeakable noise all day long. At night, residents drank and rioted in front of the door until 3 a.m., then banged on the doors, kicked them, and shouted. We ended up leaving early, we were supposed to just put the money on the table after talking over the phone, the cleaning lady who would otherwise 'collect it' couldn't be reached. An invoice was only given at our insistence via WhatsApp. All in all, not business behavior like you would imagine as a guest and the most negative experience we have ever had as frequent travelers. Whoever gets 5 stars here... inexplicable!!!!

Not super clean (hair in the shower), the room was ordered for 2 people but only one blanket and pillow on the bed (second set was in the closet) there were no towels in the bathroom (also in the closet). When we arrived, the key was not in the intended place as promised but was then brought later by an employee. Despite the sign that there was a night's quiet, nothing was done to ensure that this was observed; various loud guests shouted all night long without being reprimanded. All in all not perfect but definitely sufficient for a 1 night city tour

Good for shirt term and long term

We liked it a lot. Fortunately, the negative reviews have not been confirmed. The water in the shower could have been a little warmer but it was fine. You are at the same height as passers-by on the sidewalk, which we found to be a bit uncomfortable. The location and the price are extremely good. We would book the accommodation again.

Terrible. Every day there are drunks in front of the house (probably the guests of the house), bottles and cigarette butts everywhere. Since this establishment was introduced on the street, the area has become more and more unattractive. It seems as if the operator does not have his guests under control.

Dear guests, dear interested parties, We would like to comment on some of the comments here. Basically, you pay us a deposit as security, which you get back at the end of your rental period. We have a lot of tenants and also changing tenants for whom this process works very well. In some unpleasant cases for us as landlords, the tenant does not pay additional rent for months and then disappears abroad. After a while the deposit will be requested back. As you can imagine, the landlord suffers considerable financial damage.
