This practice has been supporting me throughout my pregnancy for almost 9 months now and I have to say that my partner and I can't really understand all the excellent reviews. It's almost impossible to reach someone by phone and not wait in line for at least 20 minutes. The whole thing is particularly annoying if you just want to cancel or reschedule an appointment (this is not possible with the Doctolib app). In an (emergency) situation we waited in line for over an hour until the phone was simply switched off 10 minutes before the end of opening hours. When I expressed my initially moderate hip problems, the doctor laughed and wrote the whole thing off as "that's normal". 2 weeks later I could no longer walk because of the pain and the condition lasted for a total of over 5 weeks. My stomach wasn't palpated once, nor was my chest when I reported feeling a hard lump (even when asked). An iron infusion is recommended, even though there is no need (confirmed by 2 other doctors and my midwife), because the doctor treating her found it helpful in HER pregnancy. And the fact that the practice would like to write CTGs every 2 weeks from the 29th week onwards if the course is normal, but this is not stated in the maternity guidelines, is only mentioned in passing. However, I can say very positively about the neck wrinkle screening with Dr. Anette Reuss speak. We always felt very taken care of here!

I can only recommend this praxis. Everyone is very kind and professional. I will mention specifically Dr. Reuss who is an amazing prenatal diagnostician. She was very patient with me and took of her time to answer all my questions regarding the prenatal diagnostic techniques which are offered in the praxis and the results of the tests. I felt very relaxed after talking to her. As I said, I recommend this praxis without any reservations.

I have been in the practice here for 6 years now and have had three great pregnancies with the most loving and best care and advice you could ever wish for! Miss Dr. Bartling takes time for me, listens carefully and explains things to me in an understandable way. What else could you wish for? A super modern and clean facility, great equipment and loving employees: that creates trust. Every question was answered at any time and any worries were taken away! All the staff, MFAs and without exception all the doctors are so nice, take the time and have the necessary seriousness and professionalism that you need as a patient! From the warm welcome to the sensitive treatment, I really feel at home here. THANKS!!!

Dr. Filip is simply great. She was by far the most humane and personable gynecologist I have ever met. I immediately felt comfortable with her. To be honest, it didn't feel like a visit to the gynecologist at all, but more like a visit to a distant acquaintance. Thanks for that! ❤️

The doctor was very nice and it didn't take too long to talk to doctor after my appointment. Which was never the case with any doctor. Got done in 40 mins . My shortest ever with a doctor

I am very satisfied with this practice. I was referred there by my gynecologist and felt very well looked after there. I was treated by Dr Reuss. She allayed my fears and always took her time when I had questions. Thank you very much Dr Reuss ;-)

I have already met several doctors and felt I received competent advice from all of them. In addition, everyone is empathetic and answers all questions in detail. The medical assistants are also friendly and competent. I can only recommend the practice.

The practice accompanied me during my pregnancy for the last 9 months and I was always extremely satisfied! Since I was a high-risk pregnancy, I was very anxious, especially at the beginning, but my doctor and his team quickly allayed my fears and made me feel safe. Everyone was always friendly and approachable... I always felt very comfortable, especially with the doctor's assistants at the back of the laboratory. They were not only nice, but always seemed very professional and looked after you well! My treating doctor was also always there for me and guided me very well through all the ups and downs of the pregnancy! I have been a patient of Mr. Löser for about 10 years and really appreciate his friendly, sensitive and calming manner. I can also unreservedly recommend the other doctors I have met so far as well as the many competent staff at the practice. The practice is clean, modern and technically state-of-the-art. During my two pregnancies I was particularly happy to be in such good hands.
