The
coach
mentored
me
from
different
aspects
-
nutrition,
physically
and
mentally.
After
6
months
of
personal
training,
my
muscles
look
toned
and
I
live
a
way
healthier
lifestyle.
1)
Nutrition:
The
coach
was
very
detailed
and
thoughtful
in
planning
my
food
intake.
In
the
beginning,
he
took
the
time
to
schedule
a
1-to-1
meeting
to
understand
&
discuss
about
my
daily
meals.
He
designed
a
personlized
meal
plan,
fitting
to
my
training
needs
&
daily
lifestyle.
In
every
session,
he
never
failed
to
check
on
my
protein
intake
and
calories.
He
always
advised
me
what
was
the
best
method
to
meet
my
daily
protein.
2)
Physical:
The
coach
was
ambitious
and
goes
the
extra
mile
to
meet
my
goals.
We
communicated
transparently
and
realistically
on
every
milestone
that
I
achieved.
Within
1
month,
we
could
see
transformation
on
my
upper
body,
especially
on
my
shoulders.
Within
3
months,
I
gained
my
strength,
where
I
could
lift
+120-125%
of
my
body
weight.
He
even
offered
me
to
train
with
other
gym
members
every
Saturday,
on
top
of
my
personal
training
sessions
in
order
to
meet
my
goals.
Until
today,
I
remember
his
tips
and
advices
in
completing
my
reps.

Mental:
The
coach
was
very
caring
and
attentive.
Throughout
my
personal
training
sessions
during
Covid
19
lockdown,
he
always
checked
on
how
I
was
doing
and
coping
with
the
situation.
In
times
of
stress
and
tiredness,
it
did
impact
my
training
performance.
Nevertheless,
the
coach
was
always
there
to
listen,
being
a
mentor.
Overall,
I’m
very
happy
and
satisfied
with
the
results!
