I would like to recommend everyone who goes there to wear a proper suite! Because the employees do judge their customers by clothing. How is it possible that other people are waiting to get a chance to talk to the consultant but the man in a nice suite was served directly?! I will never visited the shop again. There are many more suite shops nearby which are much better than this one.

I'd say o have a lot of experience with Suitsupply over a few years. I have purchased multiple products for myself and have accompanied many friends in their visits to this store. I have also visited a few of their stores in different cities and countries. Here is my take: Pros: Good bang for your buck! The quality is always reliable and is almost in a decent price range. Also, if your have a normal (typical/slim) body type, the variety is amazing. Both in cuts and in fabric/color. I'd, however, say that their friendly, professional, and sharp staff is their biggest asset. You can almost always expect to be serviced by a professional individual. Although the expertise level and communication skills can slightly vary from person to person. But all in all great people. I'm even connected to a few gentlemen on Instagram and LinkedIn. Suitsupply also offers tailor-made suits which I can only highly recommend. It is a great experience. Their in-store alteration service is a lifesaver. Last but not least, their interconnected inventory system really helps them service the customer to satisfaction. If you need something that is not available in one store, they can get it from a different one and ship it to you or to a different store. I just selected something while in Rotterdam (the product was in London!) and had it shipped to Duesseldorf. Cons: If you are a larger gentleman (and I don't even mean obese!) You'll have a hard and unpleasant time finding anything fitting. If you simply have a bigger built (like wide shoulders and a big ribcage) your chances of getting something off-the-rack is near to zero. This goes for suits, blazers, shirts, and other items. You'd better plan ahead and get it tailor-made at the store. I hit the gym pretty often and am on the bigger side of the spectrum and was almost frustrated to get something this last time. I'd seriously recommend they broaden the product portfolio to account for larger sizes too.

Absolutely Terrible Service, Exhibiting Unwelcoming Behavior: A Disheartening Experience One month ago, I had an appointment with a sales associate, hoping for a pleasant time. I chose four suits, and we agreed that once I made my decision, I'd come back to order a bigger size that wasn't available at the moment. Everything seemed fine. Today, my hopes were crushed. I made a 30-minute appointment with another staff member, following the previous advice to simply go and pay for the bigger suit. But at the door, I was unwelcome by an individual - entitled sales guy, whose attitude was awful. He asked me, in a rude tone, what I wanted and behaved as if he didn't want me there. I explained my appointment, but he said the staff member was busy, it was closing time (18:30), and no one else could help me. It was frustrating. He then sent a colleague, who came over and tried to help by saying they can offer an appointment tomorrow, but by then, I had waited for 16 minutes, wasting my time. I'm deeply disappointed with the customer service and want an apology from the store that clearly lacks proper training of employees. This kind of behavior will drive customers away and impact the brand's revenue.

Very arrogant & rude staff, except from 2 ladies (sales) who at least helped us. We paid almost 2K for a suit and had to go back three times to change some details, which have should been made from the beginning. Unfortunately they couldn't find the issue (or even better they didn't dedicate on our issue), so I had to bring it somewhere else. Furthermore, the shipping lasts for more than 10 weeks and I had to ask where my suit was and they told me that it was on the way with an express shipping. Of course, there was never an express shipping but only with the normal one and I could cancel my marriage without it. Such a huge same for a such a famous shop like that.

Can only recommend Mond for your suit fitting, great patience and advice. Also the tailors can fix minor stuff in just a few minutes in store, great service. Don't forget to book an appointment, especially on Saturdays!

Very nice suit store, Mond tailored for me the best suits and Shirts that i have ever had (bought already 2 suits and 3 shirts). I highly recommend to book an appointment before visiting the store to avoid waiting time.

Last weekend, I went to this store for the first time to check out their products. I highly recommend purchasing at this salon. Very nice and professional service, also in English. If you didnt have the opportunity to be there yet, it is worth to plan a visit or just step by.

Emma was very patient with us. I was looking for a wedding suit and wasn’t quite sure what to take. She had shown us a great variety of different colors and fabrics and we ended up taking a custom tailored suit. She was really friendly and helped us a lot throughout the whole process and while I was a bit slow in my decision making, she made us feel very comfortable and welcomed the whole time. All in all it was a really great experience and I would not hesitate to come back and pick up another suit and take Emma‘s advice! She really knew what kind of styles and fabrics would match my taste. Thank you very much!

Fast and friendly service during the week. However, don't come on Saturdays. Even with an appointment it's not really a pleasant experience then.

Recommended by a friend we visited for the my brother's wedding to find something nice for my husband. This place ja really good. They have so much varieties and choices for jackets, blazers, pants and shirts too. Even they customize them as per your sizes. We chose customized one and the staff I'd really good. They checked our certificates for vaccination and we do not have to wait either there. So much organized. I like this. Prices may vary as per your choices.😀
