Because I had forgotten my mask, I asked for a coffee at the front door. The employee, who has been working at Tchibo for a long time, immediately got involved. I don't want to write details of the conversation at this point. The. M.A. was not only unfriendly but rather rude. The saying: “The customer is king” is no longer valid, at least in this branch. €1.90 for a cup of coffee seems borderline to me. The pensioners (unfortunately there are too many) pay and make the Tchibo managers' pockets even fuller than they already are. That won't change after Sunday's elections. I wish all readers of this review more time in the future to think about the individual conditions in Germany.
