The store is very big, you can find almost everything you want for your home. The stuff are friendly and helpful , however they need to hire more people. Some pieces are not placed on the right shelf so you might get confused by the corresponding prices. Prices are little bit higher than other places but the advantage is that you get all what you need from one place.

Great shop. Customer service could be better... as someone's who's lived in several countries I feel Germans can be a little standoffish /rude at times... A smile and a little friendliness go a long way ✌🏽

Looks old-fashioned and in need of modernization. There is almost noone to provide service and help looking for things but once you find someone, they are helpful and friendly. I came to buy 3 items but left with only one as I couldn't find the items or a person who could help me.

Super selection of herbs and vegetables, balcony and house plants - strong & healthy plants. Excellent selection of tomato varieties at this time of year. A bit disappointed with the selection of flowering climbing plants this week. Could benefit from a wider range of pet supplies in my opinion, but you can find much more online.

Just a normal hardware store with almost all of your needs; including a plants section, which is actually quite big.

when i reserved the item on OBI website, (Enders Polo 2.0 heater), the picture showed GRATIS waterproof cover included. after i picked it up and got home to unpack, there is NOTHING FREE. either they forgot to include the free item or they really dont care about the pick up. Really disappointed
