I
can't
recommend
the
shop,
but
first
of
all
the
positives.
I
was
warmly
welcomed
by
the
owner's
wife.
Since
customer
loyalty
was
important
to
her,
she
asked
directly
for
my
data.
I
was
only
there
for
the
Tüv
appointment
(on
the
recommendation
of
my
work
colleague)
because
the
Tüv
in
Lennep
is
unfortunately
no
longer
available.
Now
the
negative,
only
after
about
half
an
hour,
the
owner
drove
my
moped
down
in
front
of
the
workshop
and
let
my
machine
run
in
the
blazing
sun
and
went
away.
We
had
an
extremely
warm
day
and
after
about
20
minutes
my
motorcycle
started
to
stutter
and
went
out.
After
the
fan
was
off
again,
I
turned
off
the
ignition
so
that
the
light
would
not
discharge
the
battery.
Nobody
took
care
of
me
or
my
moped
for
about
three
quarters
of
an
hour
and
everyone
was
busy
with
a
truck.
When
the
owner
finally
reappeared,
he
asked
me
annoyed
why
my
moped
wouldn't
start.
Then
I
tried
to
cool
my
moped
or
the
gasoline
line
with
compressed
air
(I
suspected
steam
bubbles
were
formed),
but
it
didn't
start.
In
the
meantime,
my
new
battery
was
already
running
out
due
to
the
many
attempts
to
start
it.
Then
he
said
that
it
was
flooded
and
we
unscrewed
the
spark
plug.
He
said
it
needed
a
new
one,
but
he
didn't
have
the
right
one.
We
screwed
the
candle
back
in
and
the
machine
started.
Then
the
nice
man
from
the
TÜV
had
done
his
work
in
about
10
minutes
and
then
it
went
to
pay.
His
wife
made
the
calculation
on
the
PC
and
he
always
meant
something
from
2x
57
until
he
then
treated
his
wife
very
impolite
again
and
sent
her
away
from
the
PC
and
finished
the
calculation
himself.
On
the
phone
I
was
told
a
much
lower
amount,
but
the
bill
was
114.95
euros.
I
have
never
paid
more
than
70
euros
for
the
Tüv
on
my
moped,
even
my
car
has
never
been
so
expensive
and
my
Opel
dealer
still
checks
my
car
extensively
(brake
test,
lifting
platform,
etc.)!
The
Tüv
itself
seems
to
cost
only
57
euros,
but
on
the
invoice
there
is
another
25
euros
extra
for
the
exhaust
gas
measurement
and
3x
an
extra
amount
with
which
I
can
do
absolutely
nothing.
Since
after
2
1/2
hours
at
over
30
degrees,
without
being
offered
anything
to
drink,
I
just
wanted
to
go
home,
I
paid
quickly.
That
was
of
course
the
first
and
last
time
I
was
there.
When
I
was
finally
home
and
had
quenched
my
thirst,
I
had
to
connect
the
charger
to
charge
my
battery.
That
was
my
experience
with

(Original)
Den
Laden
kann
ich
nicht
Empfehlen,
aber
erst
mal
das
Positive.
Ich
wurde
nett
empfangen
von
der
Ehefrau
des
Besitzers.
Da
ihr
an
der
Kundenbindung
was
am
Herzen
lag,
fragte
Sie
auch
direkt
nach
meinen
Daten.
Ich
war
selber
(auf
Empfehlung
meines
Arbeitskollegen)
nur
für
den
Tüv
Termin
da,
da
der
Tüv
in
Lennep
leider
nicht
mehr
vorhanden
ist.
Jetzt
das
Negative,
erst
nach
ca.
einer
halben
Stunde,
fuhr
der
Besitzer
mein
Moped
nach
unten
vor
die
Werkstatt
und
ließ
meine
Maschine
in
der
prallen
Sonne
laufen
und
ging
weg.
Wir
hatten
einen
extrem
warmen
Tag
und
mein
Motorrad
find
dann
nach
ca.20
Minuten
an
zu
stottern
und
ging
aus.
Nachdem
der
Lüfter
dann
wieder
aus
war,
habe
ich
die
Zündung
abgestellt,
damit
das
Licht
die
Batterie
nicht
entlädt.
Es
kümmerte
sich
ca.
eine
dreiviertel
Stunde
niemand
um
mich
oder
meine
Moped
und
alle
waren
mit
einem
LKW
beschäftigt.
Als
der
Besitzer
endlich
wieder
erschien,
fragte
er
mich
genervt
warum
mein
Moped
nicht
anspringt.
Habe
dann
selber
versucht
mein
Moped
bzw.
die
Benzinleitung
mit
Pressluft
zu
kühlen
(Dampfblasenbildung
vermutete
ich),
aber
es
sprang
nicht
mehr
an.
Mittlerweile
ließ
auch
schon
meine
neue
Batterie,
durch
die
vielen
Startversuche,
nach.
Dann
meinte
er
das
es
abgesoffen
ist
und
wir
schraubten
die
Zündkerze
heraus.
Er
meinte
es
müsste
eine
neue
rein,
aber
er
hatte
nicht
die
passende
da.
Wir
schraubten
die
Kerze
wieder
rein
und
die
Maschine
startete
dann
auch.
Danach
hatte
der
nette
Mann
vom
Tüv
in
ca.10
Minuten
seine
Arbeit
gemacht
und
dann
ging
es
zur
Bezahlung.
Seine
Frau
machte
am
PC
die
Rechnung
und
er
meinte
immer
was
von
2x
57
bis
er
dann
wieder
genervt
seine
Frau
sehr
unhöflich
behandelte
und
vom
PC
wegschickte
und
die
Rechnung
selber
fertig
machte.
Am
Telefon
sagte
man
mir
noch
einen
sehr
viel
geringeren
Betrag,
aber
die
Rechnung
lautete
114,95
Euro.
Ich
habe
vorher
noch
nie
mehr
als
70
Euro
für
den
Tüv
von
meinem
Moped
bezahlt,
sogar
mein
Auto
war
noch
nie
so
teuer
und
mein
Opel
Händler
scheckt
noch
immer
aufwendig
mein
Auto
vorher
(Bremsenprüfung
Hebebühne
usw.)!
Der
Tüv
selber
scheint
auch
nur
57
Euro
zu
kosten,
aber
auf
der
Rechnung
steht
nochmal
25
Euro
extra
für
die
Abgasmessung
und
3x
ein
extra
Betrag
mit
dem
ich
absolut
nichts
anfangen
kann.
Da
ich
nach
2
1/2
Stunden
bei
über
30
Grad,
ohne
das
mir
etwas
zu
trinken
angeboten
wurde,
nur
noch
nach
Hause
wollte,
habe
ich
schnell
bezahlt.
Das
war
natürlich
das
erste
und
letzte
mal
das
ich
da
war.
Als
ich
dann
endlich
zu
hause
war
und
meinen
Durst
gelöscht
hatte,
musste
ich
noch
das
Ladegerät
anklemmen,
um
meine
Batterie
zu
laden.
Das
waren
meine
Erfahrungen
