Works. Just very busy by American standards because Sunday's are closed so everyone has only 1 day on the weekend to get **** done. Got worse during COVID. Recommend click and collect as there can be a large line to get in.

We were today in IKEA Düsseldorf (20th of March), we reserved 5 days in advance for the upcoming Saturday. There are some easy but important rules to follow: - you need to register online all the people who want to visit, so if you go as a family of four, we were 3 adults and a 4-year old child - four qr codes with registration are needed, also for children (!) - the QRs are needed on entrance and when you leave the center - you will sign up for a certain time and you have 15 minutes before and after to enter (eg we had a timing for 13:30 and so we could enter between 13:15-13:45. - white background of QR is needed (somehow it doesn't work with black background Also hotdogs are available for take away in such a box:) So all greatly organised, thanks for hard work and patience to all IKEA workers!

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A KITCHEN DELIVERY It's one of the worst IKEA branches in delivery. So I planned the Kitchen, paid all the money and then they said they will deliver it but they started sending in multiple trips. Their delivery partner delivers at their own will not at the convenience of the customer. For example first they said they deliver on 10th December and then immediately they said they will deliver in 28th December. Suddenly they say one of the things is not available!!!!!!! Still today my kitchen is not delivered which was ordered on November 7th. When I say I want refund they say it's not possible 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ Customers have to be at the mercy of one of their delivery company and also face harassment My recommendation is that go to a kitchen studio (many in Düsseldorf) They plan the kitchen also deliver the kitchen in one piece. One truck gets all the material they fix it job done efficiently. Yes they also use good quality stuff. They sit for 12 hours and fit kitchen which is commitment to customer! It's one of my biggest mistakes ordering the kitchen from here, I hope that you do not do the same!

Wow Ikea has something to offer for every pocket. The range of furniture that they offer is simply awesome. Its a one stop solution for setting or upgrading the home. Special hint: Take IKEA family card has some special discounts and combinat. One Coffee is free with the family card during every visit. Restaurant:- Food is awesome and cheap. Quality is very well maintained and has ample of seating space. A small play area for kids is available at one corner of the restaurant area. Kids corner is there close to the entrance stairs where kids can be dropped while parents are shopping.

Well, it is quite a big IKEA. Most of the furniture I bough there. Actually you can find everything for you home. As it is like a did, I just was not able to find curtains for my flat because they did not suit to my apartment . In the rest everything is Perfect. You can find cheap and expensive goods. All depends on your budget. Sometimes the personal is too busy and one can’t get the consultation. But they always helps you what you don’t understand something or need just a consultation

Well the Ikea is reasonably okay. I see most of the shelves empty and do not have sufficient products in market place. Little upsetting when you don't get things you went for. The stars are though for their service. Since we wanted to buy huge bit of furniture pieces the Ikea personel helped us a lot. However they definitely need to refill stuffs again.

It's a place where you can find everything for your home. Each time I am here, I am overwhelmed and want to buy everything. Almost all the furniture and my whole kitchen are from IKEA. Good quality, reasonable price, and a great assortment. Highly recommended

You need to plan your trip before you visit here. Please visit online store create your carts. Usually you will find more people in cafeteria specially for coffee and hamburger.

Good selection and delicious food, but the employee at the bistro was EXTREMELY rude. Yelled at me multiple times because I didn't understand what she was saying. I didn't even ask her to speak English to me, but when I tried to show her the receipt with the order number she just kept yelling at me.

Never seen such a hugeeee collection! You find everything you name it.

The prices are not bad. The quality is perfect. The staff assistance are very helpful but was not enough staff, they are very few. Cashier counters was very few and waiting time. The cafeteria closed early. My suggestion to increase the staff and branches.

We’ve been there quite a few times in the last 6 months, sometimes for actual shopping and sometimes just for window shopping 😉 but it’s always been a good experience. Don’t miss the canteen, shopping takes a lot of effort at Ikea so make sure to fill yourself up before 6 PM.😄

Avery good experience I feel when I,visited IKEA. Things were economic than the outer market. A systematic idea were given for purchase item either for bedroom, or kitchen and for bathroom or drawing room. such type of the idea for the first time are flourishing by IKEA non other moll, which gives idea to the coustomer to purchased items as per requirement of the place whether the bedroom drawing room,kitchen, bathroom etc. Thanks IKEA for the customer help in this regards.

The store is ok. But the delivery service is just a joke! We ordered 3 times (3 different orders) and they couldn't deliver it because "something was out of stock", but if you check the website, the items were in stock in Düsseldorf. Support has no idea, they couldn't explain what happened to my order. When I called, they put me on hold after I gave them the order number and then just hung up! Unbelievable.

Beautiful store, helpful people even though a lot of them did not speak English to help me out, but they were very friendly to use translators as well. Good prices as well

Normally a nice Ikea. It just happens to me all the time that at least one of the things I want is not available. Meh. Also the public transport connection via train and bus could be aligned better.

There are great ups and also great downs. The ups are friendly and professional staff and good quality materials how ever the downs: 1. The delivery service sucks. It took two weeks for their delivery service to come and then they did not deliver. And they DID NOT REFUND THE DELIVERY FEE saying it was your fault because there was no parking available. Although lastentaxi which is located inside ikea itself could make a delivery and media Markt made the deliver of fridge, stove and washing machine. 2. No single employee mentioned I could deliver my stuff with lastentaxi faster and more reliably, even I explicitly asked them about it from different ikea staff. 3. Their installation service does not work practically for small home use, they take about 2 months for an installation service. The best is to buy from ikea but take care of taking the product with you yourself or you would (like me) end up having a visit to ikea every couple of days for a month 😕 If you do not have a private transportation, use lastentaxi service right at the exit of ikea, which I am posting its photo too.

Loving the food actually 🤤. If you want something, try to make a list and be specific with the measuremnts. If not, holy cow! You'll end up buying a ton of things from here 😂

Had bad experience with their delivery service. Already made an appointment on specific date & time, but they decided to cancel the delivery because the driver wants to get off work. I have been waiting the whole day and took a day off from work, but they just wasted my time.

Best place for house items, very good prices

I recommend the delivery service. Great option for the ones that don’t have a car. I received my items the next day on time. Nothing missing, nothing broken 🙂

Located at really nice place. One can easily look for house hold or office interior. They did an amazing job by creating a feel of Kitchen, bedroom, living rooms, office rooms. After experiencing these displays, Anyone would crave to imagine and buy more stuff than planned. Enjoy shopping. And do try their hotdog and ice creams.

It was my 1st time at IKEA and I loved it.... Dey had everything u need in a Home to Decorate.... The restaurant food in IKEA is also very good and tasty. Wish to visit again soon.

Very well laid out plans for each of your rooms. Very good ideas to build your house yourself and at all budgets. Some products are of lesser quality for the price you pay. But otherwise good value for money. Kitchen planners help you visualise your kitchen. Newly available smart home ideas are also very effective.

IKEA: What can I say? Their organization of their inventory makes walking around the store so much easier and I usually end up buying more items when I visit. IKEA is doing a fantastic job! Excellent product at a great price.

Don't trust their delivery service. They will find silly excuses to not deliver themselves. They don't care the invoice amount and bad service. I will never buy anything from IKEA and never use delivery service company named RHENUS.
