1. Rooms are just very average, and have too much smell in it. 2. Windows are just for name. 3. Air-conditioning is not proper and not matching with room size. 4. No phone in room. 5. TV is very small. 6. Furniture is broken. 7. Rooms are Not clean. 8. Washroom do not have water pressure. 9. Shower is just for name, when you use it there is very low water flow. 10. No room kit is provided - no dental, no shaving kit. 11. Pool is average. 12. Food is average. Good part is only that, it have quite and calm place at good location.

We have just concluded a 16-day stay at the Resort and I have to say it has been one of the most relaxing and peaceful travel for us. There is a lot that goes in favor of this beautiful lush green property but what helped our decision was the fact that this place was Pet friendly in the truest sense. We traveled as a couple with our eleven and a half year old Labrador. And, were looking for a place that was safe ( since i would be alone for a number of hours during the day) and would have open spaces for our pet baby. Thar Exotica ticked these boxes and more. The resort is exceptionally green for the typical landscape in Bikaner. And our daily walks were filled with the chirping of birds and the fragrance of the fresh air and the foliage. We chose to stay in the Deluxe room that is quite large and has a small private lawn. The property boasts of two swimming pools, which are witness to occasional parties. But, the rooms are reasonably sound-proofed, so you won't be disturbed. The resort has a very calm and peaceful vibe that is enhanced by the people who run the show here. Thar Exotica is a great place to unwind, relax, read or pursue any quiet hobby that you have. Or even to spend a happy weekend with family/friends. Well maintainedand large expanse of greenery spread all around the place coupled with clean rooms and linen, was truly impressive. Owner was easily approachable and cooperative. Availability of speakers for Karaoke, badminton and a Cricket bat made our group’s stay memorable.

In spite of having a good location and ambiance, this place offers a very poor service and I would specially mention the dining area, which needs serious attention(very poorly managed). Their membership scheme is also a scam only, as they have a very high price of food and other services.

Good place near jodhpur-ganganagar bypass to take a break and have snacks or tea. Adequate parking is available but without any shade so there is a problem in summers. A variety of meals/snacks are available and service time is fairly short. Preparation is good. Cappuccino is also available for coffee lovers. Toilets are fairly clean, however they can be better. Swimming pool is also available here A place worth to have a break from daily routine.

Very good rooms and friendly staff. Facilities provided are to expectations. Surrounded by greenery away from city pollution. There are a couple of pools available to chill out. Staff if very friendly and helpful. There are even Peacocks roaming around freely! Price was right

Situated right on the jaipur bikaner highway. Ample parking place & open area to walk around. Rooms are equipped with ac & were spacious, clean, so was bathroom with hot & cold water available at all times. Service is prompt. Restaurant was disappointing, didn't look very clean, with rats running around. No other restaurant to eat nearby so we ended up eating here, taste was very average. This place is OK for a night halt.

The room was spacious, with separate sitting area. Location is bang on the NH. Good food, decent service & humble staff. The only issue was that there too many small insects in the bathroom. Rest I didn't find any drawback. Stay was quite comfortable...!!!

Went there to celebrate my parent's wedding anniversary, this place is huge and peaceful. Service and food is also very good. Staff is very cooperative.

Average experience at the hotel. We stayed on the 31st Dec night. The gala dinner arrangements were pretty bad. The hotel is 12kms away from Bikaner town. It's closer to Raisar Dunes, which is a must experience. Cottages are nice but bathrooms need renovation.

The resort is big and spacious but it's not well maintained. It's meant majorly for weddings and parties, not for tourists. The kitchen was closed as the chef was on leave. So, that caused some problem. The staff is not professional as this place is not really designed for tourists. The room was fine but again not well maintained. Overall, go for it only if you can't find anything better.

Good stay for a short period. Spacious property with neat and clean rooms. Staff is helpful. Food is ok. A little away from the city which is nice if you like to stay in peace.

Property is almost good , but person working in the staff name Gurjinder Singh behaviour is rude with the costumers, spoiling the property name by saying he is the head and ask costumers like tu kon hai or tu kya kar rha hai. , and when we defend he was like jo krna hai kr abhi toh gali nhi di , he used alot of cheap words without any mean ... , when we tolked about him with the reception they told he is handling cleaning department , it was 1st experience in my life that staff member do missbehaving with costumers . ... I request dnt spoil the name of your property by this kind of. ,, costumers are not fool if they pay for your property they deservers respect too

Everything went well, and I'm very glad I went! Everything you need is taken care of by the kind and helpful staff. To top it all off, the parking is monitored and monitored (it is inside an huge Gated community). In spite of their size, the rooms have a variety of high-tech amenities. It has a best Nature resort.

It's a pleasant place to spend the night. We were quite pleased with the food, as well as the atmosphere and service provided by the workers. If you want to spend some time in the woods, this is the place to go.
