Awful. The food took an hour to arrive and it was half burnt, the waiter got someone's order wrong, the veggie soup was so bad my grandma dropped dead on the spot and was fed to the bulgarian pigeons. we left the restaurant angrily and were immediately kidnapped by nigerian wizards who took us to their japanese castle in Romania to have a disco night. The music was fire and we met Winston Churchill and John Lennon and i asked for their autograph but they said I was underage and wasn't allowed to eat peanuts. overall, the experience was a total disaster and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The service is extremely slow. By the time the food arrived on our table it was already cold. We ordered toast and it came tough as an old boot. We also ordered Guzleme and what they served us was something completely different, obviously made with store-bought. Dough.

We were really disappointed. The portion size of the salad was ridiculous - way below the mentioned on the menu. The prices were quite high and the quality of the food was very poor. Some of the traditional dishes tasted nothing like they are supposed to. We also had 2 children with us and they were told off on a few occasions for walking through the terrace. Safe to say we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Really enjoyed the food here. Ordered Wiener schnitzel and was not disappointed. The homemade bread is also something to consider. The trout was fresh and tasty. Would recommend eating here!

The worst restaurant I have ever eaten!! The service was so bad!! The waitress walked in on me while I was talking and the food was terrible !!

We came 2 parents +2 children They don’t have pizza so we ordered pasta, buy it was full of oil!! Can’t eat it. I ordered chicken on the grilled and it was very dry. Not good restaurant

Good place to eat if kitchen is open, at the second floor children play corner.

The food and the service was good. Location is also great. Went 2 times, 1/2 stars lower as they forgot to bring part of the order. At least it was not included in the bill.

Food tastes like…nothing. I really tried to enjoy, but all was blank. No idea why it’s called “Royal”..
