A cool place to have dinner. They provide breakfast,lunch and dinner too. They have variety of menu where you can go through. And also they provide rooms as well.their desert are mostly ice-cream, wattalapam, and fruit salad. They also have a fresh juice bar. The ambience is quite good.

Great place to have your meals if your traveling towards Nuwaraeliya. It’s situated in between Hatton & Kotagala. Starting from breakfast they do have items for lunch & dinner as well. Buffet breakfast will cost you around Rs 550 per head. It will include rice, bread , noodles & sometimes idly as well with 4,5 curries. Other than that you can order fried rice,noodles & sandwiches as well from their menu. Their newest addition is the Indian food items prepared by a Indian chef. We ordered a Chicken Biriyani, Butter Nan with a chicken kurma & it was super delicious. You can order tea , coffee & freshly prepared juices as well from the menu. Have enough outdoor & indoor seating space with a large parking area. Friendly & supportive staff members will assist you to recommend/select items according to your requirements. It’s a must stop place when you are traveling to Nuwaraeliya.

The place is good. They do have buffet lunch which consists of 4-5 curries with chicken or fish. Also they have fresh juices. Lunch was good and bit spicy. Pepper percentage is high for each curry. Price is bit expensive. Staff is very polite and good, supportive and every time trying to sell something. (Fresh juice, desserts, soft drinks)

Really good service provided. Tried out the chicken biriyani. Super tasty. The large one will suite for 3 people. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. For lunch there is buffet as well. Washrooms are clean.

We dropped here for lunch on the way to Nuwara Eliya. They had awesome mutton curry and naan. Customer service from parking lot, table selection, menu explaining & ordering, checking all ok while dining and on way out was great. Can recommend for dine ins

Foods are delicious but the portion is too small.. they said large portion enough for three persons. We ordered large fried rice. But it isn't enough for three of us then we again orderd another small one

Good place , We stayed for one night, it was comfortable, beautiful views when we looked out in the morning, morning snow, a pool by the side , morning dew, a pool next door made us happy for morning tea, hotel was clean

The food was good and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant has a nice ambience and a slightly rustic look. The prices were slightly high when considering the quality of the food. The food isn't bad by any means, but it doesn't justify the price tag.

Really satisfied with foods.. Taste is really good. We have bought a chicken biryani large ( Which can be shared for at least 5 people), and the sea food chopsuey rice is small which we shared for 2 people. And believe it or not Biryani remained for another person. Really satisfied with the taste and the quality of the foods. And the service is really good. Recommended to have foods here.

A good restaurant around this area. Indoor amd outdoor seating is there. Taste of food is decent. Im sure they don’t use any MSG. Place is clean and can accommodate even a large crowd. Washrooms are also clean.

We went here for lunch and spent 13500 for the food. Before we could finalise our menu, they began the preparation and we had asked for chicken nasi and got mixed nasi. Our eggs burnt, the beef that we ordered was so hard and literally everything that we ordered was just a disaster. Paying too much and not getting the food u desire is a bad feel.

Such a beautiful restaurant! Very nice ambience. The staffs were extremely friendly, my favourite was Mr Rick who is so quick and efficient . The food was just amazing. Every dish we tried we liked, Specially the tom yum soup, chilli prawn, chocolate milk shake, prawn 65, naan, devilled sausages and spcl spicy dip served by the chef .Mr Babu ji (Ranjan), who always customised the food according our preference. Rooms were neat and tidy. If you are going with your family, please do try the newly built family room, just fabulous. Not to forget their Rice and curry buffet.

Worst place to have a lunch if you’re traveling to nuwara eliya. High cost with very low quality foods. Also they charge extra for every item we purchase. Overall not worth for the price we pay!

I spent almost a week at this hotel and I really had a memorable stay here, although it in itself is very nice. Genuinely friendly staff as well as the amazing food! Indian and tamil food are heaven for me. All the best team Hillcool!

Good place to stop by to refresh yourself. The service and the food is good. They were preparing themselves to show the FIFA World Cup final match yesterday between Argentina and France . The tea they serve is really good ❤❤❤❤

Food was really Great. Rice varieties, Soup, Mongolian rice, Kothu, Sandwiches. Buriyani was Great but not worth the price. Mongolian Rice is the best in the menu. Rooms are affordable and good with a great view towards the lake which is under construction.

We stayed here for two nights, had a delicious lunch, multiple pots of tea, and a wonderful breakfast. The staff was absolutely wonderful accommodating all of our needs. The room was spotless. The food was delicious. And the views were breathtaking. We would definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant to any foreign travelers.
