All essential things are available, located in a very good place. Staff are not in a high-level customer service manner. Parking slots/ parking routine maintenance needs to be arranged in a good format .

I had a horrible experience.. called and asked for an item available.. which is quite rare to find here in hatton.. they checked and informed it is available.. i arranged everything and came to purchase and they say simply that it is not there and wasnt there anyway from the beginning .. please be more responsible in guiding customers on phone.. we call cause it is something important.. otherwise simply could have come and purchased.. 🙏🏻

Customer service is very poor. If you don't have any other schedule for the day, you can go there for time passing. Since the most of staff is either in the restroom or not available.

Worst Cargills branch I have ever seen. Sea foods are not fresh and another one is some payment slips are not available, please solve these problems
