Great store and amazing owner. Sustainable fashion is the way to go!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star but I couldn't post without it. Do not trust this business with your clothes you will battle to get your money that is owed. I have used Natalia's business in Birkenhead, and now in Takapuna for the last 3 years selling my labelled clothing, and I had a lot. I was overseas and came back and found her shop had 'disappeared' from Birkenhead, after tracking her down she said she thought she had emailed. She was always a few days late with my payments over the years but that never really bothered me. The last payment from Natalia for the clothes she has sold took months to be paid, and it was over $2000, she said she couldn't afford to pay me, no remorse, just 'I can't pay you so don't cry me a river' ... her statement. She sold my clothes and then spent the money, not what you do in a sell on behalf business. I finally took legal advice and contacted Baycorp to register the debt, surprisingly I have now been paid. No apology or nothing from her, just rude emails accepting no blame. I know I am not the only one who is/has been battling to get their money paid to them. There are plenty of sell on behalf honest businesses around. I understand business is tough currently but she is selling on behalf, it is not her money to spend.

I bought beautiful brand new shoes through Attic recently and absolutely love them. They posted them immediately so I got hem very quickly. Also it’s a pleasure to deal with them online or through social media as they provide fast and friendly response. The owner has established a great business that benefits the community of Birkenhead. Such a great lovely boutique, with great findings at reasonable prices. Natalia has such great eyes to choose stunning pieces for every taste. I have bought a few pieces from there and I have always been very happy. Definitely a shop to visit for great clothes.

This shops is everything!! I've been shopping here for a couple of years and I will keep coming for more, amazing costumer service too. Natalia would say don't buy it, if you not sure or doesn't look good on you. Something I do really appreciate. 🌟
