She makes you feel like a treasured friend not just a client and consistently provides the best quality service & advice for your needs. The beauty therapy room is always clean & tidy with temperature thoughtfully altered to your comfort (warmer or cooler). It has always been a relaxing experience, good vibes, no stress. Prices are on par for the times and it’s worth looking out for the specials. Tracey has helped a lot bringing my complexion back into balance (which had been such a problem area). I could not recommend her enough. Absolutely brilliant :-)

met with shipel (sorry if i spelt name wrong) at smales farm, she gave me the best results from damaged hair/scalp from another salon (not vivo) to where she cut/styled/gentle colouring and i left from arriving broken to leaving as if I could take on the world. I have re booked with a plan with her to keep hair improving until damage has grown out but with her help I am my old self again. Big thanks and she is amazing!!!!

Don at Vivo Smales Farm is a miracle worker! He is able to do a fabulous job on both my and my partners hair at the same time without cutting corners or anything. Nice clean salon with good beats and vibes, highly recommend!
