New World in the Milford Shopping Centre is a good place to shop for your supermarket needs if you live locally or further afield in maybe Devonport as it has a much bigger range of stock and specials than the smaller Devonport store. Plenty of free parking both outdoors and under cover if the weather isn't so good or you plan on having a good shop in the mall. They have everything you'd expect of a supermarket and overall is well laid out and methodically placed for general ease of shopping and locating what you're looking for. Good general specials and some vegan products which seems to be varied. Great place to stop and take care of some other shopping whilst you're in the area, with the Warehouse, clothing stores and lots of other shops to check out. Overall, a good supermarket😊

Though a bit smaller than the normal New Worlds, still seemed to pack a good variety. Presentation top notch and service was friendly and efficient. Car parking can be a little challenging during peak periods.

Smaller size New World than the others. Plenty of underground parking available if nothing on the level is available. The shop was decked out in the Xmas theme and was well laid out. Aisles were a bit narrow in some. Pricing was good for a New World and the produce looked clean and fresh. Make sure you take your loyalty card to save even.more. Bakery on site handy.Would recommend to others

Wouldn't it be great if Pak'n'Save's Stickman got 'Siobhan' to do a comparison shop between New World Milford and Countdown? We know Pak'n'Save Wairau Rd is supposed to be cheap. The name says so. But which one's the most expensive? New World or Countdown? Both are too bloody expensive, I'd say.

Nice supermarket, spacious, clean, well lite with sunlight, well organized, nice displays, a bit of a cute small village vibe supermarket, friendly and helpful staff. Only thing is there is always something that is out of stock when I come visit, so I never go home with a full basket. Last time Nutella biscuits, or Pam’s pasta, or Water wipes, etc. It’s like they never have a full stock of everything on the shelves, or maybe they get so too many customers for such a small building and they can’t keep up with refilling the shelves accordingly

Always friendly staff there happy to help! Some products sometimes out of stock, but good specials on meat and easy to find things

I went in to top up my bus card at 8.15pm on friday the 15th of december, so 2 days ago, the entire New World store was closed. I knew I had to recheck and needed some info on this so i googled and the store isnt meant to close till 9pm!!!! so, had to apolyigise to the bus driver for new world stores mishap!!

Used to love the NW hot deli ham and bought some 2 days ago. It was horrible. I doubt it is even real meat. It is so salty and tastes like imitation meat. After a few bites I dumped the whole $9 worth of ham in the rubbish. So disappointed. Will never buy again!

I always come here for yr beautiful filled rolls but unfortunately lately you have been using old rolls that are chewy. Also to the bakery you are selling old rolls. Was my favourite go to! 😩
