We
dined
at
Regatta
on
Saturday
night.
The
place
was
pretty
quiet
when
we
arrived
and
we
counted
at
least
12
staff
on.
Wait
staff
were
very
attentive
and
checked
in
numerous
times
throughout
the
night
to
see
if
everything
was
ok.
Was
able
to
order
drinks
throughout
without
having
to
flag
someone
over
which
is
a
nice
change.
We
ordered
a
few
sides
to
share.
Raw
Kingfish,
chicken
liver
parfait,
Korean
chicken
wings,
house-baked
Sourdough
and
seaweed
butter
and
the
beef
tartare.
Everything
was
delicious
and
flavor
combinations
were
perfect.
For
mains
we
shared
the
crispy
Porchetta,
Pan
fried
fish
(
snapper),
and
chargrilled
fish
(
tuna
).
The
mains
were
equally
as
delicious
as
the
sides
and
we
all
agreed
this
was
the
best
restaurant
food
we
had
in
a
long
time.
Although
already
being
at
belt
undoing
point
we
couldn't
resist
trying
the
creme
brulee
and
fromage.
So
glad
we
did
as
this
was
the
perfect
way
to
finish
off
a
fantastic
meal.
Looking
forward
to
returning
to
Regatta
again
in
the
near
future.
