    11 people waiting to be served inside, 1 person serving. Very slow. This KFC is always unclean upstairs. I was told because it is busy, they don't clean it. Today was the cleanest I'd seen it .

    Take out night tonight, went through the drive through, not too long of a wait, food was what I expected, not bad at all, bar the chips. Bought the family a Family Feast Bucket which included10 pieces of Chicken, any 3 large sides and any 3 Dipping Sauces. However when ordering I requested 1 chips, 1 potato gravey, 1 coleslaw, then was told that they had no chips as their chip fryer had broken down. The staff member was friendly and very apologetic, not his fault, these things happen so what do you do, never mind I guess. Moving forward as I reached the pick up window I was told the chip fryer was now working which was great, kids will be happy, I didn't even have to wait for those freshly made hot chips, yum, man that was fast. Anyway got home with the food, opened the bag and discovered that one of the hot sauces had leaked through into the bucket of chicken, these things happen, never mind ill eat those bits too, yum. But then I went to dish the chips up and discovered that the chip box was very empty and cold but hey if the chip fryer was now working why were the chips cold and box very empty. I felt as if they had scraped together what they could and gave me the dregs, left overs. Very disappointed, I felt as if I was lied to and cheated. I'm a regular here and can't remember ever being disapointed. KFC Taka you really dropped the ball tonight.

    They frequently made a mistake for uber eats deliveries. I ordered dinner for 2(6 chickens, 2 gravy, 2 chips, 2 coleslaw and 2 drinks), 2 burgers. But only got 1 burger and 2 drinks. How did they miss lots of food that I ordered? It seemed like they do never check the order they've got. Never use this branch again. And also I can't get refunded of uber eats service fees. So it's time and money waste.

    worst ever service. Ordered 20 pcs wicked wings and received 12 pcs. Went back after I got home and travel another 15mins and at the end all they were doing was laughing at me ant shutting the gate. No wonders this store has 3.4star rating. Is this the way how y’all treat your valuable customers? making money and saving with chicken giving out less pcs? with worst ever service with all the staff in the back of house laughing and ignore the customers? ridicules service. not even worth of single star this place

    ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER!! Tonight I went through drive through. Got home and realised there was food missing. Not to mention the girl serving me had dropped my drink. Chips were dry, looked like they had been sitting for hours. very disappointed. Staff need to be mindful of what they are doing. Stop rushing! I’m sure customers would be happy to wait, especially if they receive a full order that is fresh.

    I don't know how to take it, we got there made our order then I had to go back to the counter to get some spoons for our potato n gravy and sauces. I went back to our table and discovered we were down 3 pieces of chicken in our 10piece pack. The look in the guy taking the orders eyes when he realised we were dining in got me feeling uncomfortable. I suppose we have all herd it before those poor KFC worker's are so underpaid they seem to always have something missing in the orders. Mind you I suppose we all are underpaid these days.

    Staff are incompetent. Do they even know how to count? Service gone to the dogs, too. The lady could not bring herself to apologize for her mistake, she got her colleague to serve the items she missed. Utterly useless.

    There is no urgency every time I visit in store. Service is very slow and the staff seem to not be bothered about timings at all. Also overtime it seems like the chicken is lowing it’s flavour. Lastnight a dinner was so different to previous nights. The chicken was actually plain and it also comparable to normal fried chicken which is so odd. This is deffs one of the worst KFCS in the country

    Poor hygiene (toilet floor dirty and slippery, worried if any kids fall), racist staff (watched saying "Leave our country if you don't know English" to another customer), 30 minutes of wait after online order, and informed what we have ordered is out of stock. This happened in one night. Wish I can give no star for this place.

    Super disappointed tonight. Waited 10mins before order was taken in store. Ordered Two three piece quarter packs came to $33 get home chip's cold an dry an both potato & gravy's were left out. Unable to contact by phone as know one answer's any more, also not able to email Takapuna KFC to lay the complaint. You pay good money for your dinner an you at least expect what you payed for even if it is cold an dry. Nice one KFC Takapuna 👍😠

    Terrible. No response to multiple emails. Twice went in asking for standard combination of pieces and not received. Out of 12 pieces I got one thigh, one breast one leg, the rest wings and rib. Very frystrated and unhappy. Gmwnfield and Birkenhead worth the extra trip. No one answers phone. Rip off

    It's a decent KFC. The interior is a little bit greasy but nothing to complain about, one time they ran out of lift and I was sad but overall a pretty good restaurant.

    We got food at 11:36 pm 24/Jan/2023. A staff didnt share his name with us but he was the BEST. we were literally annoying customers but he was really patient and tried his best to recommend foods for us during the busy and closing time. I dont have right to say this but he freaking deserve to have a promotion or whatever!!!! He was amazing and so kind to us!!!!!!!pls pls head officer knows a guy trying his best during this almost mid might to provide the best experience to a totally stranger. We don’t speak English well but he understood and helped us to finalized the order with the full of satisfaction. I am very touched and i wanna come to this branch every single night!!! I dont know his name but i am very appreciated at him! thank you!!

    Good food here,nice juicy chicken and delicious burgers. Just say No breasts,they're the drier pieces. Fast service and friendly staff, good seating and views from the upper level. Good parking.

    Wheelchair accessible very minimal parking. Always an extremely long queue during lunch hours . This store seems to get a lot of online orders . Otherwise never had a problem with the food apart from some of it not being in the bag during the busy times I would advise at lunchtime chicken your order before you leave the store as they seem to be under the pump and often forget things hopefully they will bring more staff on board to assist with this situation

    Compared to 2 other branches I have ordered from, the delivery from this branch is pretty appalling. They are always 30 mins later than the expected delivery time, where the other branches are usually on time or earlier than expected time. Food by that point is barely warm. And for a meal which in store would take 5-10 minutes, how come it takes nearly an hour after you being to prepare food, while I only live 10 mins away from the branch. Does it take the driver 40 minutes to just pick up the meal? Whats up with that?

    I ordered online it wasn’t busy when I arrived the staff that was on shift, really bad customer service. No smile they just stood there talking to each other. I normally order through drive through - but pick up order from inside bad experience! Maybe next time smile and greet customer nicely! And no thank you!!! But food is always good!!!!

    Their KFC was so good. 🔥 I don't know a reason the chicken wasn't too oily and I felt it was much fresher compared to the others branch. Over all so yummy but if any feedback. I would say the place was a bit messy.

    My burger looked horrible. Min letter. Drop of mayo and catchup. Hardly salt on chips. Ordered the stacker burger and it looked like a tiny snack burger. Staff look miserable. Not happy at all.

    Just went through the drive through tonight and the girl taking my order got it wrong not once but twice! She was to busy trying to chat up her co worker she was rushing my order!! Not impressed

    Absolutely amazing! The food was so good, the “Crispy Chicken” WAS ACTUALLY CRISPY. All was amazing and not too expensive either, the service was absolutely superb. The person who served me was Theo, he was super helpful and spoke clearly, was super friendly and even gave me options to buy some other sides with my meal (I did) The restaurant is really clean and designed nicely with a great view of the road and some of the city, tables SPOTLESS along with the floors. Not too packed either and the bathrooms were also clean with no rubbish on the floor.

    I had a terrible customer service experience today. The staff working the drive-thru this Sunday afternoon was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Throughout the entire interaction, we endured long waits, had to repeat ourselves, felt ignored, and were mistreated. Despite it being a straightforward drive-thru order, we were overwhelmed with negative emotions due to this staff. I hope the company addresses this issue with their customer service, especially concerning this particular staff member, as it appears we are not the only ones who have encountered problems with her. Whatever her reasons may be, we did not deserve such treatment. Treating customers in this manner is unacceptable.

    This kfc has one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, it was fast as BUT the food was nasty, it smelt weird as soon as we got the bag, went home and opened it and the chicken smelt rotten, the mashed potatoes and chips were fine and that’s basically all we ate and we threw away the rest.

    I really dont like this place! The first time I came here, the chicken was precooked. When i bit into it, it was red. but this time, it was as hard as a rock. the outside was like a bone. Im never coming back here again.

    Waited in line for over an hr. Did not get coleslaw with our order. Tried calling but no body answered the phone. Eventually the phone went off the hook and couldn’t dail through. Very unsatisfied with the service

    I went to drive through to pick up an online order which i shouldn't have. got stuck in the queue for 20 mins. Told the first window and she said she will let the second window person know. only to be intimidated by a young man who told me to get back to front door like really rude treated me like a cow in a herd. I actually felt sorry for the guy working at KFC.

    I wanted KFC tonight but mum went to Takapuna KFC and the 3 orders were dry and overcooked as though they had been cooked twice. VERY disappointed since I always held them in high regard. Apparently they didn't give a receipt otherwise I would've gone through the proper channel

    A very disappointing experience. The environment is a definite cause for losing your appetite. The floors were dirty, the bathrooms in an grossly unhygienic state. If the public area can't be kept clean, under what conditions was the food prepared? I was unable to do the survey on the KFC website as the receipt printed was unclear.

    The order was correct however the quality was very disappointing. I ordered the super star box. One peice of chicken was soggy as hell another was dry and the fries had no seasoning. Usually this KFC is good but this time was just too bad for me to go back.

    KFC Takapuna is consistent with good quality food, but lately have had a few issues with missing orders and related communication breakdowns. However, Angela (Customer Care) addressed and rectified any issues I had on a professional level. Now back to yummy food.
