I frequent many Warehouse stores around the North Shore, and this store's Customer Services desk is the worst. I had a simple inquiry about a product, but the staff at the desk 'Liz' was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She needs to be stood down preferably and properly retrained. Very disappointing to experience such a bad customer service. I do not think she enjoys working at The Warehouse. I will be avoiding this branch in future.

I'm very grateful for Liz at Milford Warehouse for her professional customer service. I ordered a large quantity last minute and she took extra steps to complete my order. The staff at Milford warehouse are always, very nice and happy to help customers.

There is a lady named Liz who works at the Information Desk at this site that is an absolute superstar, she went above and beyond for me, I can fairly say that it is the best customer service I have ever received!

Re. Autohause Car Dash Camera. Very good value. Cost $50 looks good, easy to install and works really well. Picture quality is good. It appears to have most of the functions that the expensive dash cams have. Its possible to pay much more for a dash cam and the picture I daresay would be better. However this unit in my opinion. The picture footage in a road dispute would be very acceptable in a court of law. Very definitly recommend this product

Tried to use a voucher at this store they would not accept as they have not seen this voucher before. The voucher says to the retailer what to do all they have to do is write the price of the product on the voucher & then send it to the company who supplied the voucher who will then reimbursement retailer how hard is that have made a compliant. Also visited this store mid week staff did not know were stock is had to ask twice were one product was. Might start going elsewhere. A day or two wearhouse replied to my google review but not our original verbal complaint or website complaint telling us to do just that what is the use of complaining if they don't sort the first time, we have now been told to go back to the store not our local so they can sort not likely as we are both physically disabled & to return to this store would be a mission. Went back as was told voucher would be accepted still same story second time round had to tell them that management had told us they do accept these vouchers they finally did accept very poor service.

They don’t do price match now.

I would shop there once a week on the average.... good store but low on staff.

I’m not sure if I wasn’t looking properly but I don’t think they’ve got a plus size section. The other warehouses I go to always have a little section for plus sized woman and this one didn’t seem to have it. The store in general is nice tho and it was clean.

Huge bouquet of thanks for Sophia’s assistance yesterday (Customer Services). Sophia went out of her way to find the items I couldn’t find on the shelves. She had to climb to the top of the mobile ladder & drag down a huge carton. Then on the side of the store she again brought the ladder & climbed up to the top to locate the other items I wanted. Not an easy task for young woman; nevertheless she was polite & friendly & more than happy to help. Thank you Sophia 🤩

Shopping here since the last 10+ years, have always found the Staff to be passionate and very helpful. Returns always processed with no unnecessary questions asked and post purchase support for electronic items, especially the mobile phone when I could not install the SIM properly. To mention specific staff, Chad is a customer service superstar, always with a smile on his face and ready to go the extra mile. Well done!

Called in today and asked at the service counter if they had something that I needed. They said yes and then completely ignored me. No help and the store was not busy. About 5 staff just stood around chatting to each other and showed no interest. Not coming back.

It's OK for a Warehouse store in a small shopping mall. Good opening hours 8am to 8pm 7 days a week. It's smaller than most other Warehouse stores but it's fine.
