Dr Antje Bongartz is amazing. She has gone above and beyond to help when our son (who was not one of her patients at the time) needed care after returning from overseas. We cannot thank her enough for her care and professional support.

Dr. Antje is the best GP I ever have had in Auckland. She is so knowledgeable and caring. I have felt much better than before since I began to follow her instruction. The nurses are so friendly too.

Booked an appointment for my new born daughter to have a tongue tie sorted out. The receptionist took ages to find an available appointment, placing me on hold on several occasions, she also forgot to put us on hold and one point and was having a laugh with someone else while I waited for her to find us an appointment. She finally gave us an appointment on the 3rd August at 11.30am, i asked her to send me a message to confirm date and time which she advised they do not do, so i verbally confirmed both the date and time and made sure i noted it down to ensure i did not miss it. Recieved a call on the 2nd August at 12pm saying I had missed the appointment for my daughter and wont be able to rebook as they have no available appointments for over a week and by that point my daughter would be to old to recieve the treatment for her tongue tie. Absolutley useless and unproffesional would not reccomend their services, found a doctor that will do sort her tongue tie for the same cost with no hassle attached. Dodsons are a wadte of time!

Dr Antje was such an incredible help and support to our Family. After three previously GP’s, for our very unwell wee boy, we were grateful someone recommended her to us. Dr Antje is very thorough, knowledgeable, caring, punctual, open-minded and willing to help in whatever way she can. She always thoroughly read our notes, something i had never experienced with a GP and picked up on issues that other GPs missed in previously tests etc. Our needs were complex but we were cared for respectfully and I felt listened too. She connected with us after hours and her approach reminded me of GPs of old that knew their patients well and were part of the Family in a sense. We really miss her in the South Island! I recommend her highly to anyone wanting a good Dr that is gifted in her work as a GP and truly cares for her patients!!

Thursday: Doctor forgot to put antibiotics on my prescription (literally the only reason I went to the doctors too). I called them up and they said they would sort it out. I didn't hear anything back from them. Friday:I called them up first thing in the morning and spoke to the nurse. She assured me she would send it through to the pharmacy. I go to the pharmacy after work for the second time and they have still not received any prescription. I now need to wait until Monday to call them up AGAIN and drive back to the pharmacy. Incredibly disorganised and frustrating when I'm a student and petrol is very expensive. Fyi this isnt even the first time this has happened.

Moved clinic to specifically Register for the Menopause Clinic with Dr Sue Loughlin who I found rude and abrupt. I was booked for a 45min menopause clinic appt. I was with her for 15min. There was nothing specific relating to menopause. No questionnaire or screening about my symptoms or concerns AT ALL! When I realised she wasn’t going to ask, I tried to raise my two most debilitating concerns and her response was β€˜be careful blaming everything on menopause just because you’re in the menopause’. She said that several times actually, and specifically said that there is no evidence that any symptoms can be specifically attributed to Menapause other than hot flashes and night sweats. She still did not ask me what my symptoms or concerns were. Having gone there to find expert and proper menopause health care for this stage of my life, which plausibly can last 10 years, I was shocked, saddened and left feeling more hopeless than I walked in. On my 2nd appt, she relented and allowed me the patch HRT, still no discussion about my symptoms or concerns. No advice regarding menopause at all. I do not recommend this clinic or this Doctor. Especially if you’re expecting empathy or support. There is nothing about the menopause clinic with Dr Sue that suggests menopause care.

Long-standing local medical practise, who I've been going to for over for years. Over that time I've had a chance to see each of the resident doctors, and they're all very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended.

Completely baffled by how rude and inappropriate Dr Sue Loughlin was. Complete disregard for my choices for myself and my child. Will never be back. Unprofessional and condescending.

Had a review with Sue Loughlin, would give it zero stars if I could. Zero exploration of my symptoms, was written off because of my age, was implied I did not need something as I'm not married. Clinic didn't even take my details. Will be exploring an HDC complaint and demanding my $230 back.
