I am complaining about a kiwi stuff in this store she has long golden curly hair! I have been buying lululemon for over five years and buy it almost every week, But today is the first time I have encountered such a rude stuff!!!! I bought a jacket last week and it didn't fit, I never wear it and all tag are in, she asked me if I wore it outside, if I smoked, if I washed it,she ask me lot of questions and extremely bad attitude, it’s really funny, How do I go out or wash with my tags???? there are many details I hope the manager can see it, I don't mean to think it's racist but I feel it! Anyway I am not going back to lululemon takapuna branch anytime soon until she gets fired!

Great quality service from them, but I personally think this store is quite messy. Because cloth is put together without separated accordingly which makes it difficult to find what I need. Girls are chatting happily in front gate without too much help to customers. Shame

What am awesome store. Loved the music cranking and Sam was super nice and helpful. Bought a couple of items and will definitely be back for more. The clothes are fantastic quality, worth every dollar.

Terrible customer service! I was standing at the counter for 5 mins but no one came to assist me, instead the girl went to the person came after me! What a good customer service! Do u judge people by their races? I’m so sorry I’m not white! I won’t never ever go back again! Bye bye !

May was fantastic at finding the exact things for my needs. She saved me so much time by providing alternative colours and sizes when I needed them and didn’t mind me trying on many items to find the perfect fit! I came away with some great items. Will definitely be back.

Over priced and over rated. Today will be the last time I visit your store homie, that customer service is sliding and genuine long time customers can’t even get a simple exchange?? These guys are not as pleasant as they used to be for sure and I don’t see a shift in their demeanour anytime soon !

Really organised and well presented store, everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. They let me know about their free tailoring service for certain products when a singlet was too long but a crop too short. Definitely would go back!

I visited the store today and found everyone to be really helpful. I didn’t wait long before someone at the desk helped me with my query and then showed me where the items I was interested in were located. A member of the team even asked me how I was getting on whilst I was using the fitting rooms. My query required approval from a manager who was also very helpful. Definitely the service I would expect from a premium brand in an up market location. Made me feel special, plus the items I bought look and feel great.

Worst online order service. They manage NZ delivery out of Australia and getting any type of response to a problem is like pulling teeth. Have been waiting 15 days now for a theoretically in stock order to even be sent! Took 6 days to get a response to an email querying a tracking error notification and even then only when I finally got hold of someone on the phone. They now have re-sent the order again and the new tracking number is also getting an error on the courier site. The order delivery time line promised was 2 - 3 days. The funniest thing is the CS agent told me they wouldn’t charge me again??? Like that was a good thing, not to be charged twice for nothing. I have purchased lululemon in 7 countries both online and in stores. I don’t think I will bother to again in NZ.

Great store with heaps of options and changing rooms. The staff are really helpful and nice. This store isn't as cramped as the others in auckland so highly recommend

The new Takapuma store is beautiful and the staff are amazing. The assistant, Troy, who helped me was friendly, approachable and made my experience buying maternity-like tights a breeze. The manager made sure I was well looked after and I left a very happy costumer. Thank you Taka team x
