Walked into your store this afternoon, recommended by a friend and the ladies here were amazing, apologies i didn't get your names, but they made it so easy for me xo i was doing a last minute shop for wedding this weekend, tried on a few dresses, felt like a superstar with the whole store to myself hehe and walked out with the perfect dress, Thanks so much xo

WOW. If you like colour you will love this shop. Their current window display is such a feast for the eye. Large shop very well set out easy and comfortable to move around. Helpful and knowledgeable shop assistants. I was given a voucher as I shop at August one in Newmarket but didn't have it on me as wasn't expecting to shop that particular day. They were so helpful and accommodating. My eye caught a display of belts.. Just deciding which colours to buy now. I will definitely go back ASAP to spend my voucher.

Been wanting to check out the store for ages! Walked in last Tuesday and staff there completely ignored me. They just kept on chatting together. I was there for nearly 30 mins! People buy from those whom we like. Staff at Augustine not very likeable.

I have been to the old store in Newmarket N yes i went unnoticed by sales girls. Recently i have been to their new store in Newmarket which is beautiful, the girls were lovely, superb customer service, clothes are full of colours. Slightly dare but some pieces are not to be missed.

Asked about available clothing and was directed to look online instead. I understand 4pm on a Friday is laid back, but the customer service was non existent.
