Firstly, I just described what happened in the clinic center without my own opinions. Secondly, I will describe my feelings. After I described my symptoms, the doctor turned to the computer to check the information and asked me to wait for a second. After the doctor knew I don’t have Medicare, he choose suitable medicines for me. My personal information is wrong in the system, but I have arrived in the center 20 minutes advance to double check my personal information in the reception so I don’t know why it will happen. After the doctor printed out the prescriptions, I found my wrong information and told to the doctor, doctor printed the new ones for me and shred wrong ones( indeed I felt embarrassed). The doctor explained lots of details for me and he spoke clearly, which I totally understood what should I do. During the payment procedure, the doctor charged me $168 for half an hour and gave me a discount so the final is $120. Because I don’t have Medicare and this is my second time to see the doctor in the medical center I don’t really know the payment standard and asked the doctor and reception some questions. Because I communicated with the doctor in mandarin, the reception didn’t know what happened and asked the doctor. I can hear the word “ F***” in the sentence, and the reception laughed. And I was confused about why $ 86 for the first time but $168 the second time( because I really don’t know the price standard in the medical center), so I asked the reception, the first time she ignored me straightly and wrote down $120 on the paper to show me, and I asked again, she answered me: Different doctor will charge different fees, how much you will be charged depends on how much doctor wants to charge you, and the doctor has already gave you a discount. As a person from other countries without Medicare, it is my second time to see a doctor in Australia . During my sick period, I am fragile, scared and worried, I hope someone can give me a hand. But my experience in “my clinic plus” gave me the feeling is embarrassed and uneasy, especially during the payment procedure, I don’t feel I am respected by their staff. If I have an other choice, I don’t want to go to this center again. (Ps. my first time in “my clinic plus” the doctor and the reception is quite good and help me a lot. )

Great GP clinic in town. Clean and tidy brand new building. Lot of toys for kids helps family visiting the center. The doctors are great. Our regular GP Dr Siddikur Rahman is very knowledgeable and good with attention to the details. He has great patients management experience. No doubt best in the town.

A fantastic practice. As the website says, "raising the standard"- Devonport was in desperate need of this, and my clinic plus have done just that. Dr Sultana is the best GP I have seen in years. I don't know how to review her anyway other than here. Professional, humble, listens to her patient, thorough, and friendly. I couldn't speak more highly of her, I'm so thankful to have found her and this practice. The practice on a whole should be so proud of this achievement which will impact so many people for the better.

Receptionists were friendly and helpful. It was a little noisy when trying to talk with them through the divider making it a little hard to hear them. Dr was exceptionally warming and comfortable to deal with. Very helpful all round.

I took my 4 month old son for his vaccinations and the doctor and nurses we had were so kind and thoughtful. The receptionists were lovely and we appreciate the toys for my toddler to play with while we were waiting. The clinic is great.

Very welcoming and extremely professional. Nurse knew exactly how to deal with my difficult viens and potentially fainting which thankfully didnt happen. Parked in street as carpark was full, staff were very welcoming. My appointment was 10 minutes late, but that's pretty good this day & age. Dr. provided care, advise & treatment in a very professional manner. Thankyou for the no fuss service.
