Firstly,
I
just
described
what
happened
in
the
clinic
center
without
my
own
opinions.
Secondly,
I
will
describe
my
feelings.
After
I
described
my
symptoms,
the
doctor
turned
to
the
computer
to
check
the
information
and
asked
me
to
wait
for
a
second.
After
the
doctor
knew
I
don’t
have
Medicare,
he
choose
suitable
medicines
for
me.
My
personal
information
is
wrong
in
the
system,
but
I
have
arrived
in
the
center
20
minutes
advance
to
double
check
my
personal
information
in
the
reception
so
I
don’t
know
why
it
will
happen.
After
the
doctor
printed
out
the
prescriptions,
I
found
my
wrong
information
and
told
to
the
doctor,
doctor
printed
the
new
ones
for
me
and
shred
wrong
ones(
indeed
I
felt
embarrassed).
The
doctor
explained
lots
of
details
for
me
and
he
spoke
clearly,
which
I
totally
understood
what
should
I
do.
During
the
payment
procedure,
the
doctor
charged
me
$168
for
half
an
hour
and
gave
me
a
discount
so
the
final
is
$120.
Because
I
don’t
have
Medicare
and
this
is
my
second
time
to
see
the
doctor
in
the
medical
center
I
don’t
really
know
the
payment
standard
and
asked
the
doctor
and
reception
some
questions.
Because
I
communicated
with
the
doctor
in
mandarin,
the
reception
didn’t
know
what
happened
and
asked
the
doctor.
I
can
hear
the
word
“
F***”
in
the
sentence,
and
the
reception
laughed.
And
I
was
confused
about
why
$
86
for
the
first
time
but
$168
the
second
time(
because
I
really
don’t
know
the
price
standard
in
the
medical
center),
so
I
asked
the
reception,
the
first
time
she
ignored
me
straightly
and
wrote
down
$120
on
the
paper
to
show
me,
and
I
asked
again,
she
answered
me:
Different
doctor
will
charge
different
fees,
how
much
you
will
be
charged
depends
on
how
much
doctor
wants
to
charge
you,
and
the
doctor
has
already
gave
you
a
discount.
As
a
person
from
other
countries
without
Medicare,
it
is
my
second
time
to
see
a
doctor
in
Australia
.
During
my
sick
period,
I
am
fragile,
scared
and
worried,
I
hope
someone
can
give
me
a
hand.
But
my
experience
in
“my
clinic
plus”
gave
me
the
feeling
is
embarrassed
and
uneasy,
especially
during
the
payment
procedure,
I
don’t
feel
I
am
respected
by
their
staff.
If
I
have
an
other
choice,
I
don’t
want
to
go
to
this
center
again.
