It's main market in ratnapura town to buy fruits and vegetables, and grocery , My experience is not positive, most of vendor or seller in this place not shown prices index for customers.so prices will different from customers to customers. If u ask the price they don't give correct answers, or act like they don't here anything At the end they stole mony by adding extra amount of money to your bill actually no bill is given. Low quality sellers,not a place to go for buy things.

Cleaning of the area is not happened on regular basis. Untidy Area. Not looks good. Parking is hell. Better go to Cargills or Keels rather than Mahajana Pola

Ratnapura Mahajan pola is a good place to buy fruits, vegetables and dry food... but it's a noisy place 😉

There is only 2 marketplaces to buy fruits. But you can buy other home essentials easily.

Very crowded place.their are no any good parking space outside.therwell parks are everywhere.Use the parking lot under the public market, but do not park too often.

You can buy vegetables and fruits from here, other foods like fish chicken eggs also there. There are some shops inside this, you can buy some other grocery items too

Not very crowded place. Open in all days except public holidays. You can buy many raw food items for day-to-day needs like vegetables, fruits, spices, leaves, dry fish, coconut oil at reasonable prices. Parking spaces are limited. Cleanliness is at low level and smells bad.

This is the place where you can get almost every grocery item, vegetables and fruits. The place is very dirty, untidy and messy. Prices seem reasonable in some stalls. Vehicle parking is available underneath the market place, entrance is in front (opposite side) of the Rich Look. Be aware of flash floods.

Local fare for food items. Cheeper than other shops, but you have to be careful on their quality. Cleanliness below average, as generally it is. But of course, a good place for your family food needs.
