"No justice for customers when the food is inedible". We are three people visited to have a lunch and ordered 4 dishes. Among 4 dishes one is veg Manchurian Dry which doesn't tastes good and it's sooo hard to eat. The samething we have shared with the manager and also discussed with the lady owner when the manager doesn't react in a positive way with our concern. By the way manager behaviour is so rude. Because of him we left the restaurant in the middle of eating. My sincere request to the restaurant management please hire the proper staff. Thank-you.

Would give it a zero if I could.Terrible food! We ordered two different food items with added chicken biryani. The chicken biryani was flavorless, wet and bad smell. We are argued with management but they are given very bad replies, worst experience with management also. Save yourself from this place!

Food is not good....the managers and who are working there are worst . Treating very harshly and rudely .. Worst quality of food...🤮

Waste of ordering a jumbo pack of chicken biryani.. please guy's don't go for it.. Low quantity of biryani rice Less than 5 pices of chicken.. waste of 799 + tax

Not possible to rate less than one . Stayed with so called costly and luxurious hotel of jagtial infact it’s like road side lodge which charges like 400 to 500 per day , but these grand charge at 3500 to 5000 with -not working of geysers , AC s and smelling of smoke and liquor , not hygiene blankets . Rooms are specious and look good , zero maintenance makes this grand to zero. Kept waiting for bucket of hot water ( geyser not working - they knew it while allotting)for about 1.5 hours - can guess the staff services levels . Just Grand in the name but not really - THE GRAND . If would like to stay with family - please do avoid this GRAND .

Good hotel with big spacious rooms, food was also good, only thing have to be care full is of power Cutts as there is not walk way staircase for in and out and have to depend on lift, not sure how they will manage in emergency situation.

Stayed in hotel room, no tv, no wifi, but they charge everything with GST. Reception person says, internet customer support which is of reliance jio is not responding from last 15 days

Worst experience for a customer,booked suit room they charge high but they did not have wifi and tv is also not working,negligent staff does not give proper response.
