I encountered several issues during my stay that greatly impacted my overall impression of the establishment. Firstly, I must address the matter of pricing. I believe there was a misunderstanding regarding my request for a lower price. My intention was to express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience and discomfort I faced, particularly due to the repetitive electricity disruptions. These power outages caused restlessness among all of my guests, and I felt it was only fair to request a reduced rate given the circumstances. However, I apologize if my communication was misconstrued as an attempt to bribe. Another significant concern was the lack of attention given to the cleanliness of my rooms. Despite repeatedly instructing the cleaning staff to clean my rooms, all three of them remained uncleaned throughout the entirety of my two-day stay. To make matters worse, towels were not provided, and when I inquired about this, I was informed that the laundry person was unavailable, leaving me to manage on my own. This lack of basic housekeeping services significantly affected my comfort and satisfaction. Furthermore, I found the behavior of the lodge staff to be highly inappropriate when I voiced my complaints and requirements. Instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, they were dismissive and displayed a disrespectful attitude. For instance, when I raised the issue of electricity restoration, I was told that it was not within their control and that I should manage the situation myself. Additionally, it was concerning to discover that the lodge did not have a power backup system in place to mitigate the inconvenience caused by electricity disruptions. Based on my experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend Chatrapati Executive Lodge to anyone. The numerous issues I encountered, including the lack of cleanliness, the unhelpful staff, and the absence of adequate provisions for power outages, make it clear that this establishment falls far short of deserving more than a one-star rating. I hope that the management of Chatrapati Executive Lodge takes these concerns seriously and takes appropriate measures to address these issues, ensuring a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

They were far from clean and gave off a very unhygienic vibe. It was evident that the cleaning staff did not pay any attention to this important aspect of maintaining a hotel. The lack of cleanliness greatly impacted my overall experience and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. Adding to the disappointment, the hotel's cleaning staff failed to show up even after repeated requests to clean our rooms. I had booked the rooms for a two-day stay, and it was disheartening to see that no effort was made to maintain cleanliness during our entire visit. This lack of attention to basic housekeeping standards left me frustrated and questioning the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Furthermore, the elevators in the hotel were out of order during my stay. This caused a significant inconvenience, especially when one of the guests got stuck inside the lift. It is simply unacceptable for a hotel to neglect the maintenance of such crucial facilities, putting the safety and comfort of their guests at risk. This incident further highlighted the hotel's disregard for guest well-being and overall satisfaction. In addition to these issues, the air conditioning in the rooms was also not working properly when it was needed. The rooms were inadequately cooled, making it uncomfortable to relax and sleep, particularly during the hot weather. Despite notifying the hotel staff about the issue, no effective solution was provided. This further added to the overall dissatisfaction with the hotel's services. Lastly, the price I paid for my stay at Chatrapati Executive Hotel was far from justified. Considering the subpar cleanliness, malfunctioning lifts, unresponsive staff, and inadequate air conditioning, the exorbitant prices charged by this establishment were completely unjustifiable. In fact, I would go as far as to say that the quality and service provided were equivalent to that of a one-star hotel charging a fraction of the price. It is disappointing to see a lack of commitment from the staff to make guests feel valued and supported. In conclusion, my experience at Chatrapati Executive Hotel in Tuljapur was extremely disappointing and below expectations. The unclean washrooms, lack of attention from the cleaning staff, malfunctioning elevators, unresponsive staff, and inadequate air conditioning made my stay highly unpleasant. I strongly advise others to reconsider staying at this hotel, as there are much better options available in the area that offer superior cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

The lodge has a fresh look if you compare it to the other available lodgings.Nice and clean rooms . Bathrooms are medium size. One thing you should ensure is to get a picture of the exact room you are getting. Actually the manager might offer a 2 bed room for three people. This can be okay for town standards but not okay for city standards.

Very rude behavior from hotel staff. No hot water in bathroom. Dirty and uncleaned toilet.

The prices are not fixed. The ppl at reception vary the price depending on the demand and season. Good place for a one day stay. A bit pricey
