We enrolled Flex and fit as our collaborating partner for kids summer camp. I must say Abhishek did a fabulous job in engaging the kids in Zumba. He is just amazing with kids and even made their grannies dance to his beats! His energy level is super high and it's always fun to be around him as he will make you groove to the beats effortlessly. I just love this place and its vibe. I found about this place on google, talked to Owner/Trainer Abhishek, then did some of my own research through social media,. And then finally joined classes few months ago, everything about this studio is amazing. Abhishek takes funfilled, energetic sessions. Abhishek is a perfect trainer one can ask for strength training and yoga. I am so happy that I joined this studio.

Excellent. The classes were very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher. Abhishek sir teaches more than just postures. The price is quite low. Definitely recommend this place to take Yoga classes in Gurugram.

Abhishek sir is the best instructors I have ever joined. I have done zumba/aerobics classes at 6 places so far, and I must say he is the best. He is perfect in everything - be it zumba, dance, aerobics, stretching or Yoga. You get a mix of workouts throughout the week, that helps tone the body in every aspect. His full body workout routines are so enjoyable that you don't even realise that an hour has passed. Do join if you want to enjoy workouts and loose weight at same time!!

Very happy with the dance classes, my daughter goes there and happy too. Love to see her growth and confidence while dancing. Truly recommended.. keep it up 👍
