Fiziko Fitness Premium is a great gym , since it offers everything one ask for .All kinds of workout and equipment is available which makes it a perfect place to workout. Full premium feel while working out in there. The Gym is Fully AC. Hot/Cold water available everytime. Neat and clean all the time. Best choice I’ve made training at Fiziko Fitness Premium(FFP) gym. The gym ambience is great as well as the management is very friendly and supportive. I have been to multiple gyms in Gurgaon, but FFP by far offers one of the best facilities to work out in Gurgaon. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. Credit for my transformation goes to Viplav and Raj. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. They really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. They guided me not just as coaches but as elder brothers making sure nothing goes wrong with me I would highly recommend FFP gym to everyone.

It’s been a month since I started exercising in Fiziko Gym. Enriching experience with positive guidance and attention by my trainer Viplav. I am able to maintain work life balance with fitness and steadily improve my strength.

Best gym in terms of environment, equipment and trainers. All the trainers are very professional and always ready to help. Gym trainer Ankur has been cordial and always helped me a lot during my training sessions. All the exercising equipments are available here. They even have daily classes too from functional training to strength and conditioning training, bhangra and more. Cleanliness in the gym is always maintained. You can even avail the facility of sauna here. I would recommend to go once if you are searching for a gym near sector 14 in Gurugram.

The best place to workout. I have brought my daughter here after realising how safe this gym is for young crowd. The trainers are friendly and helpful. I'm getting trained by Viplav, the head coach. The credit for my fitness goes to the Fiziko Fitness Premium Gym Team , and specially viplav. He's an amazing personal trainer who motivates me both physically but also mentally. The cherry on the cake is the tips and tricks he gives to get the most out of every workout. It's been 3 years and I can surely see a big change in myself. Moreover during the lockdown periods the owner of the gym Puneet arranged online classes for all the clients and Even delivered any equipment required for the workout at home. Puneet and the FFP team are very friendly who actually make me want to train regularly. I highly recommend you to do once visit this place.

My brother have always had fears about me joining a gym because of the crowd they see in an average gym. But after working out here a month he recommended me and my sister to join Fiziko fitness premium. This place has become like a family for us now. I guess that's why they say it's a family fitness studio. I dont feel any fear or issue even working out late at night. The training is top notch. I've lost 3 kg till now with proper guidance and without any fad diet. Highly recommended place.
