Very beautiful property. Serene view. Very beautiful rooms. But hygiene is concern. Restaurant is full of flies & grasshopper followed by small reptiles crawling right under your table.Told staff but they seem to be not bothered about the same. Food is good. Rooms are costlier than other reputed big brands 😄 Apart from hygiene & price, you can definately have wonderful time here with your family and friends.

I don't know how to even begin writing down about the colossal disappointment this place is. The property was built as a luxury place, but that's the end of good things here. The reasons of my disappointing trip review are listed here: 1. When we arrived the rooms were dirty, like you can't imagine, even though they made us wait an hour to take time to clean. The bedsheets had also not been changed. 2. The location is stupid and has no places nearby for visiting. This is a useless location for a vacation. 3. It's not in the hills, it's almost in plains with a narrow stream of water in front. The stream is sold off as a river, which it's not. 4. Now the food- bad. Also there are no places close by where you can you eat. So you are stuck. 5. Service in every sense is third rate. 6. We ended up spending 26K for two nights, for a suite room. This place is worth tops 8k for 2 nights. This place is run by unprofessional staff and they badly need a manager. At the end I would say avoid this place in summers, it has really hot weather. Avoid this place if you are hygiene conscious and love good food. It may be ok for people coming over the weekend during winters for drinking and lounging around kind of a break. It's the first and now the last time that I took a vlogger seriously and chose this place. The vlogs are all just paid advertisements. So, the joke's on me really.

We had an amazing friends get together at Granny's in May 2023. This place is not only beautiful and serene but also a paradise for the nature lovers. The food at the restaurant is delicious and lip smacking with wide variety of menu. The snacks are equally mouth watering. There are different sitting locations to enjoy your meals. Staff is very much helpful and the service is excellent. Owner of the property makes an extra effort to ensure he's guests comfort and convenience. Must visit place.

Location is very good as it is surrounded by mountains and river flowing on the side. Hospitality & food were good. Staff was courteous. Would highly recommend to others who plans to arrange fun and memorable destination events.

I just had my wedding in granny’s den, and let me tell you, this is most beautiful places I have visited so far. All my guests are really happy with the location and the way they have designed the property. And special thanks to RAJA ji, he is a amazing person and a great host, i believe RAJA ji is one of the reason we liked the property and management soo much.

We visited this resort on 24th March 2023 as a group, consisting of around 20 colleagues of mine. It is located 15km from Clock Tower, Dehradun. The location of the resort is good, and I must say the ambience of the room is amazing. The road from Lal Pull (Landmark) to the resort is not in good condition, but anyone can drive easily with caution. Mobile signal and Wi-Fi were one of the biggest issues we faced. We were not able to contact family members and even team members to guide them to the location of the resort, especially those coming from other parts of the country. The food service was worse while we were dining out. It seems they were facing staff shortage, which was the main cause of the whole issue. The property was clean, and the car parking area is not big. Only 5-6 cars can be parked inside the property, making it tough to take turns if there are multiple cars parked adjacently. I am not aware of the pricing, so I cannot fully recommend the property based on it. The branch of Song River is flowing at the back of the resort, providing a nice spot to hang out with family and colleagues. They have a Bluetooth speaker, but it is not capable of producing high sound. If you are coming with a group and planning to dance, I recommend bringing your own big speakers along with a pen drive containing your selected songs. Overall, we found the food to be good.

Location and scenic beauty is amazing, food is delicious and staff is cooperative...we can not expect such a good weather on 5 hours drive from delhi..
