I have enjoyed here alot specially in happy hours and to be very Frank it was my best bar and experienced in Dhanbad. Their prices and T&C is very simple and clear during happy hours.

The rooms are very spacious and the service was professional. The food was also wonderful, especially the variety of food. The overall ambience was spectacular, and this is coming from an American. This hotel would be at least a 4 star hotel in the USA. 10/10 I loved both of my stays. If I ever have to go back to Dhanbad, I will always choose Cocoon. :)

Good food with excellent service from the people and staffs. Price is upto the mark for the food and services. The location of the hotel and the restaurant is also at the center of the city and is perfectly near to the railway station and all the bus stops in Dhanbad city. Highly recommended if you are planning for some kind of parties or even a small get together. Also, keeping in mind of the pandemic situation, the restaurant is working following all the protocols.

Restro food is good, ambience is also good but price is extremely high. Need to work on it, if same is shuttled, a best place for family and friends

Very bad experience with reception while checkin time they told that Amex card will work but while checkout time my amount cut and I have receive sms but they don't receive, so it's problem from their side and I have request them I have flight but they not listen and I have tell if it will revert back in my Amex than than I will make payment with other way but they r not ready to listen...

Very nice experience. I chose this hotel for stay during Durga Puja days '22. Greatly decorated rooms, efficient room service, complimentary pick and drop from railway station, nice location and accessibility. Buffer breakfast was too good yet can be better. Overall, great stay and will chose it again for next visit to Dhanbad.

A nice place at Dhanbad to stay. Wonderful rooms and excellent service. Only drawback is limited parking space. Very near from railway station, just 1km distance. Food quality is great. Room charges are nominal as per luxury hotels.

Cocoon is good facility in cost range. They are very close to Dhanbad station, it's walking distance if you don't have any luggage. Don't want to walk or you have luggage or coming in odd timing, don't worry, they arrange pickup in their own vehicle. Room is good and they offer rich buffet collection in breakfast in their restaurant depending on your plan. Staffs are cooperatives, will help you their best. They don't have internet facilities in waiting lounge, that's bit odd for business hotel.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Cocoon Luxury Business Hotel in Dhanbad and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was modern and well-appointed, with comfortable rooms and high-end amenities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location was also convenient, close to local businesses and attractions. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was especially impressive. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Cocoon Luxury Business Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dhanbad for business or leisure.

The hotel staff acts like a warden in a hostel. Too many restrictions and rules. The room was good but the service made me cut down my stay. I wouldn't recommend a stay here.

Wonderful business hotel in the coal capital. Rooms are just superb with state of the art gadgets. You get minibar in centrally airconditioned rooms. Food price is EXORBITANTLY high. You will feel you are having lunch or dinner in Tokyo or Dubai and not Dhanbad. Complimentary breakfast is wonderful. Special appreciation for the owner who has got great taste as he installed BOSE speakers in the passage.

Had a wonderful experience at cocoon.. Very Supportive staff and pleasant environment for couples and families. Their cousins and dishes were awesome and tasty. Orders delivered timely. One must visit as per requirement for best experience at dhanbad. Last but not the least one must try that kulhad tea it is just awesome. Clicked and had some good memories at cocoon caramel. Highly recommended for couples, non couple and families to spend time at hotel for Best cooperative and friendly service. Had a good time at and the best part of it is their service. Wonderful ambience. The restaurant serves good food. Mr. Milan Bagdi is quite helpful and friendly and suggests well.

Never book this hotel or use it’s pub. They have very fake TnC and will misuse them specially around Happy Hours on drinks!

A mere walking distance of 900 metres from Dhanbad Railway station. Service is good. The hotel rooms are very good. Linens provided were neat. The interiors of the room is also very classy. Breakfast provided by them was just okay.

Good food, well managed. I visited in covid and the place was well sanitized, heat scans checked. We ordered leg kabaad, naan and paneer gravy. Taste was awesome. We were serviced by Manoj and Ruksana. We will visit again for sure.

I have one word to define the services of this Hotel - PERFECT Staff is disciplined they always make you feel home. Breakfast is also tasty. Captain Krishna take care of yours very well in the restaurant.

I have been there during Feb 2022 for some days for my business tour. The hotel is amazing and I had really good experience. They have paid attention to minute details for their customers. The ambience is really cool with lot of space. What highlighted for me is their TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscription. Staff was really nice, polite and cooperative. Their restaurant on 5 floor is really fabulous and Mr. Satyendra has provided very good service along with entire staff. If you are going to Dhanbad must consider Cocoon for the stay.

It was just a perfect little luncheon today. We had ordered a sweet lime soda and a passion fruit spritzer, to begin with. Both the drinks were served chilled and perfectly blended. Next came chilli chicken sizzler; the chicken pieces were just juicy and tender, cooked to perfection, the veggies and the rice portion was the perfect accompaniment! We enjoyed the ambience and the hospitality was great too! Mr Milan Bagdi was waiting and serving. His delightful and helpful demeanor made us feel welcome and cozy. Mr Bagdi is well experienced in hospitality, and he judges the portions of the food items very expertly while helping the guests with the choice of dishes. We were wondering whether one portion of chilli chicken sizzler would suffice for both of us, and to our amazement it did, just as Mr Bagdi had previously promised. Great place for the overnight stay option I exercised. It offered cosy room and breakfast with good options. The staffs were courteous - left me in my room upon arrival, guided through the exit, helped with whatever small luggage I had, no discrepancy in mini bar at check out and at no point of time waited or gestured for any tips.

I have been Living in Bangalore all thru , and had apprehension about how this stay and food be .. I was certainly amazed at the standards they have been able to maintain in dhanbad. You guys are way way above some of the top 4 star hotels and restaurants in Bangalore for sure. All the very best , thank you

There is no parking space however they have valet parking so it doesn't make much difference. Food and service is excellent and I consider it to be best restaurant in terms of food quality and staff service. But recently I have witnessed noisy customers who ruin the whole experience.
