I do not want to give any single star, today really I experienced very bad thing with this hospital, neither they have any good manner nor how to talk with any patient. The medical representative are given priority rather than patient where patient are most important for any hospital. Really I suggest please do not visit this hospital ever in your life, .staff poor manner, responsibility zero.

One of the worst hospital. There is no professionalism. By the way, please do a cross verification on the x ray report that you receive. My leg had a sprain and Dr Prakash declared it as broken and asked to get the plaster done. With the same xray report, the other doctors suggested that there was nothing broken. So make sure you get a second opinion.

Rating 1 star as rating zero is not possible. Worst hospital experience ever. The most terrible thing about this hospital is over the top attitude of staff. Sharing a recent anecdote. My father met with an accident and i went there for an early diagnosis. The hospital made me and my father wait for 6 long hours after taking a hefty consultation fees. In the middle of the appointment the doctor started signing releasing documents and files for other patients. This went on for 15-20 mins while we waited in his room. Putting an icing on this amazing experience was seeing the guard of the hospital suggesting the doctor to add a blood test for my father on the prescription. Hope nobody has to go through this frustration and irritation.

Not good. Worst experience. Very poor service. No one will take responsibility of patients. All stafs want extra money. Government hospital (pmch) is good. There is no time for patients. You will get appointment number always after 17. And Prakash sir will come @ 10am but if you will reach at morning then you will get chance to visit with Prakash sir after 2pm. If you are lucky then you will finish it job before 3pm else before 7pm not possible. All staff are are very bad they don't know how to speak with patient. They are not friendly. This hospital is not maintaining clean. All toilet are very bad condition. Staff are not qualified. Better people should go PMCH .

Very poor experience!! The hospital isn't great, the patients are not treated very well. There are also very less doctors and staffs and also their behaviours are horrible. The machineries are also not great regarding the amount they charge from patients. Not worth coming here for treatment. Not recommendable!!

My sister in law she delivered a baby girl on 2nd march 2023 in this hospital,our experience is horrible. It was a c section delivery. She had a lot of complications post delivery. Then we had to rush to dr Das. He did one small surgery after that Her life was saved. If you love your life do not go there. This is fraud hospital.

JIMS HOSPITAL (Dr. Prakash) * As per my experience the hospital is far better than Kailash Hospital. * Dr. Prakash takes time to check patient and not like Kailash who's always in hurry. * Dr. Prakash did suggested an additional physical exercise in addition of the medicine which was not the case in Kailash hospital. * It's a queue system and the number can only be obtained by physically going there and not over the phone. * The progress of the numbering queue goes very slow so please carry your headphone for time pass. * Generally until 3 or 4 PM the doctor would be in OT. * Hospital doesn't accept online pay and only the cash payment can be accepted. * The JIMS pharmacy doesn't give any discount on medicine and can be paid by cash or card. No UPI payment. * Hospital does accept Aayushman Card only when patient hospitalised. * Visiting charge is Rs 500 and no charge for next one week. * Next visiting post one week would be Rs 200 for next 6 months.

Good and experienced ortho doctor. But, Worst staff, poor manners of receptionist, greedy compounders and greedy nurses. Cheapest management.

This Hospital doesn't have sufficient employees to handle day to day tasks, Your patient then you need to carry from 1 floor to another during shifting. Process is very slow. If you are going for a visit then be prepared for the whole day.

Never ever visit this hospital for any kind of treatment. The doctors have fake degree. Compounder of any clinic have better knowledge than these fraud doctors. The behaviour of staff is really worst. My mother went for treatment for orthopedics but after 6 months they asked her to go for operation. They gave a lot of medicines and beacuse of overdoze she started suffering from other internal disease. I beg you please do not visit this hospital.

As per the service and treatment the hospital is one of the best orthopedic hospital in Dhanbad. Each and every type of orthopedic surgery can be performed here.

Very very good service.. must visit here ...Dr.Gaytri singh is best doctor in Dhanbad and she is very co-operative and the nurses are too supportive. Whenever we called them they are ready to help. Rate is also cheaper. Dr Gaytri is best gynecologist in Dhanbad. More than 100 stars for her.

Dr Gaytri Singh is the worst gynecologist in Dhanabd. She only looks for money. My wife has to suffer a lot for normal delivery, she dont care her patients. She would only force you for Ceaserian.
