Because most of the shops are closed.. .. Most of the time the escalator malfunctions.... And also not so comfortable place... It's like you the the only one roaming in that much big mall.. Because it don't have that much gathering spots or something like that...

Shops are good, and they are products at great prices but the major issue is the mall needs a parking system plus something to attract the public, like gamezone, good fastfood chains, best would be a multiplex, it's too empty when compared to the hustle and bustle of Bank more area

Centre Point Mall is an excellent shopping mall constructed over 430,000 square feet. It is strategically located in the city's heart with a comfortable food court and multiplex. The mall is intelligently designed for family's shopping, entertainment needs, eating outs and leisure.

Though this mall is at a prime location in Dhanbad city but is not a crowd puller mall as it does not have a movie hall nor a good restaurant. Also there are still lots of vacant shops, don't expect too much visiting this mall.

Once a place that drew ample footfall. The mall currently lacks life. Maybe the newly opened cafe in the complex could do some good to the place.

Shouldn't have bluffed about opening PVR in this mall. Now the shops that are located in the parts of the mall are closing due to very less engagement of customers. Opening of cinema halls attracts much more customers

This mall has been a WIP for the last 10 years, however it has a few good shops that are good. Cleanliness and escalator functioning fully seems to be a regular challenge.

Good for shopping. Although it is very big but most of the shops are not functional. Almost all branded showroom of apparels are here and the main thing, it is in the city area not outside. New collection is always here.

I had really high expectations when the mall first started construction and opened up. But it turned out be little flop. There are a few good shops and outlets but mostly it's empty. The main escalators are always broken. The only good thing here is the London Street Restaurant and a few countable shops. I hope the crowds picks this up and mall enters its golden days.

Limited shops are here but the collection is good and the price is affordable. One of the oldest malls in the bank more. The big problem here is the parking. You can park a car on the road that is not advisable. Overall the place is good.

This mall is available with all basic good branded stores. Public Transport facility is also available along with spacious parking for private vehicles in the basement. One of good place from where u can do your complete shopping. One jio Mart space is needed in the store even though we have Spencers here.

The escalator is not working, 60% shops are empty. If you are looking forward to start a business, you can find ample amount of space here.
