Last month I visited hotel Lamellz. I was greeted and felt like I have come on right place but later after checkin I came to know that I have come on wrongest hotel of my life ever. There is no staff in the hotel. They have only one receptionist Bhatiya something. He is manager there, he is service boy, he is house keeping, he is maintainenc. If you call for anything for any service only this guy Bhatiya comes. No food available, no cleanliness, zero service, no power backup, no water in washroom, flush and taps and most important thing is they don't give you hotel bill. This is a fraud hotel I think 99% of their positive reviews are from their own. so don't fall in the trap I recommend anyone not to even visit this hotel They will spoil your beautiful and important day believe me

Owner Mr Guutpi Gill is a thief... Hotel is burnt 🔥 because his stupidity...he has given only 500/- rupees to all staff after doing 16 days Duty... please don't join in this property....ad because owner is a thief ..and he is not full blooded..no proper identification of his Father .. Sending staff this way

Good hotel and very good comfort but food choices are less and food menu needs to be mentioned with veg & non-veg. GREEN and RED dots. Seems the property is a bit old but still maintained, the bed cushion is good, tea coffee kits and toilet kits are given, and cleanliness is maintained. but they need to improve on Food choices.

Rooms were nice, location in industrial area, rates of food were high.

There is no option for zero star ..I would have given no star.Where should i start from ..firstly , it was so over priced do not fall for that go to railway station there are so many hotel nice certified hotels in much cheaper price. Staff was super rude and ill mannered. I can't imagine even. Lift was not working at all. The super deluxe suite room as per the hotel staff was smelling so bad and it was too small, the bed sheets was not clean and blanket has holes in it. There was no gyser in the bathroom.There are no telephone in the room, if you call them on there mobile phone and they will take there own sweet time to come at room. There is no parking area , they tell you park in front of hotel but there is a high way next to hotel , so it is not safe at all. Electricity will be there for some times.

Room and service quality was very poor. Staff behavior was very pathetic and rude. Quilts were torn and room was smelly. Staff says "we are giving you rooms that's more than enough"

Absolutely terrible service. AWFUL. Zero customer service. The owner should fire the manager here if they want the business to do well. We were four people, stopping here for a juice and small food at 1pm. No other customers in the restaurant. We ordered 2 lassi plus 4 lime sodas. After waiting more than 30 min, we followed up twice, asking "when are they ready" and finally after the THIRD request, the manager told us they hadn't made them because we also ordered 2 lassis so they assumed we didn't want the soda. What??? Even though we asked twice for them after we ordered? We again requested they make them, and they brought the wrong order. Half of the starters were not available. We had to stop elsewhere unnecessarily on our journey to eat again.

The location is perfect to stay at and the rooms were very clean and nice with good view. Staff is also really helpful. No complains at all.

Had a really nice and warm stay. Hotel staff is pretty cooperative and warm. Felt really welcomed and at home here. Definitely visiting again.

Because the owner is a thief, they call the staff for work and never pays money and makes me work till 16 hours or more and makes me leave without salary. Don't come to this hotel, the owner has a bad attitude. , he doesn't care about his staff's health and eats up their money. He is a cheater. Old provide justice to poor staff

I booked the banquet hall for My BABY SHOWER Function on 14th Feb 2021. The venue was good but i was very much disappointed by the end as whatever was promised was not provided at all. 1. We were promised to get the hall by 6pm in the evening but it was handed over by 7 pm which was very very late. 2. The decoration for which i was promised, was not similar and not satisfactory and not worth to the price that i paid. 3. Dinner was served very late. Until 9 pm they were still preparing the food. 4. Whatever was promised in the Menu for the dinner was not provided : In the starters, They didn't provide soup which was mandate, and then in the main course, they changed the dal fry to dal makkhani without informing, they changed pineapple raita to boondi raita without informing, Also only 1tandoori roti was provided wherein 4 types of breads were promised. Overall i must say It was not satisfactory. Only the starters were good. Very less staff was available for serving which was a big problem. I don't recommend this venue for any functions and Party . And the food was good but not very delicious.

IF THERE IS OPTION OF NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT LAST WEEK I VISITED THIS HOTEL DIRTIEST ROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. THEY CHARGED ME VERY HIGH FOR THE ROOM. THEY SHOW ME 4-5ROOMS EVERY ROOM WAS DAMAGED WALLS, LIGHTS, INTERIOR, BAD SHEET, PILLOW, CURTAINS, PAINT EVERYTHING WAS WROST. I DIDT CHECKIN BUT WHEN I ASKED THEM MY MONEY BACK THEY REFUSED ME THEY FORCED ME TO LEAVE THE HOTEL WITHOUT MONEY GUYS IF YOU WANT DISTROY YOUR DAY YOU CAN VISIT THIS CHIET HOTEL IF THERE IS OPTION OF NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT 99% OF THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM THEIR OWN PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM

One of the worst Hotel in ludhiana. Worst food No staff to serve you Bad behaviour. Pathetic people & service They will ruined your entire stay Please don’t book such hotel . They will not offer what they promise .

Hotel Lamellz Ludhiana is a isolated hotel on the highway of Grand Trunk Road or you may say bypass road of Ludhiana which is surrounded by many Factories. It's far from the main city of Ludhiana. Hotel is fine with basic amenities & Room. They have restaurant with bar but food quality is not up to the mark means which Rice they use in restaurant that is not good quality product as compare to prices. the same thing with the chicken & Roti but its ok for a halt.
