Quite
possibly
one
of
the
nicest
experiences
I've
had
in
service
and
service
standards.
I
got
in
touch
to
get
a
cake
at
fairly
last
minute
for
my
father's
b'day
with
La
Abella
and
to
my
luck
they
had
a
Chocolate
Truffle
cake
to
suit
our
needs.
Long
story
short,
I
was
supposed
to
pick
it
up
but
traffic
and
the
weather
delayed
matters
so
I
called
them
at
8.45pm
from
30kms
away
saying
I
can't
make
it.
Their
response
was
no
problem
they
would
deliver
it.
Now
mind
you,
this
is
closing
time
but
without
giving
excuses
they
took
care
of
it.
30
mins
later
I
get
the
message
the
cake
was
delivered
home.
This
may
seem
pretty
ordinary
to
you
but
what
I
really
did
like
was
they
never
said
'No'
or
'Not
possible'
during
the
whole
exchange,
they
did
it
cheerfully
and
to
top
it
all
off.
Not
once,
not
even
once
did
they
say
make
the
payment
first
to
confirm
your
order.
The
funny
thing
is
even
after
the
delivery
they
still
didn't
ask,
all
they
asked
was
feedback
on
their
cake.
When
i
did
ask
all
they
said
is
pay
by
G-pay
and
they
didn't
even
take
a
delivery
fee.
To
me,
that's
passion
towards
the
product,
service
and
customer
satisfaction.
They
could
have
easily
said
its
late
or
charge
me
but
they
didn't
or
quite
rightly
said
to
my
face
'No'
but
they
didn't.
I'd
respect
people
like
this
anyday.

quite
literally
at
anytime
of
