Delicious food, nice ambiance and great service. We went to this place for food, it was a great experience. They have 3 restaurants Cafe, bar and family fine dine. We tried Mexican food and sizzler, everything was up to the expectations. This is one of the few good restaurants in ujjain which serves liquor with food. Food rate was nominal, Liquor rate was bit on higher side.

Good ambiance, well maintained property which has everything a hotel & resort is expected to have: lush green huge lawns, fitness centre, multiple halls, pool though small, nice lobby and ample parking. Complimentary BF served was good though limited varieties. Guest rooms are good but bathrooms are too small. Staff is friendly and trained and well behaved!

We walked-in without any booking. We were 3 families, total group of 10 with kids required 3 rooms. Starting from the door man to the front office manager all were welcoming. FO manager was highly professional and communicated well about the availability, rates & how he can best fit in our group. He quickly made rooms available in the hotel building (as no family cottages were available) and offered us tea & coffee while waiting. Rooms & bathroom were decent sized. Furniture was slightly worn out but served the purpose. Housekeeping & restaurant staff we came across were all friendly & helpful with any additional requests. Good location & definitely has a resorty feel.

It’s a nice property and well kept. The staff is very courteous and prompt. Food was very good at the place and our kids enjoyed it. Fast service and great ambience kept the mood going. We enjoyed at the pool with our family. The overall experience was great. Recommend it highly for family outings. O

Hotel service was very poor. The rooms and particularly the bathrooms were not very clean. The service time to attend to customer needs was terrible. On top of this they put extra bill of restaurant to our room that did not belong to us (we did not pay for this in the end but it was a hassle to resolve this quickly with the hotel).

It’s a wonderful resort with a good size swimming pool. Food is gr8, rooms r clean n comfy, staff is friendly. Gr8 to book for marriage as it’s banquet hall is good as well pool side party can b fun over there. Outside lawn can cater up to 700 people. Highly recommended

Very poor service, Made to wait for 1 hour to get a peanut chaat packed... Very worst & 3rd class service , we wasted 1 hour

Stayed hear for 1 day. Nice resort with good view. There us scope for improvement in variety and quality of food.

The Hotel is a on Ujjain Indore Highway. Its at the outskirts of the city. The rooms are big though but at the price point the luxury aspect is missing. Breakfast and lunch options are good. Staff is curteous too.

It’s a nice property and well kept. The staff is very courteous and prompt. Food was very good at the place and our kids enjoyed it. Fast service and great ambience kept the mood going. We enjoyed at the pool with our family. The overall experience was great. Recommend it highly for family outings. One thing better that they can do is separate the smoking and non smoking rooms for guests. That would help for those who do not smoke.

Next to a prominent tourist/religious location. Rooms are clean and one of the best in the city. In house restaurant provides some of the beat food in the city. Overall a nice experience.

Highly disappointed with the staff we were served leftover food which was not ordered.we waited for long but the food was cold and tasteless. Staff is unprofessional and nobody is actually bothered. they don't feel sorry for their behaviour towards their customers.

Decent Property - could use better cleaning and team with a better attitude - especially the front desk. I stayed in many hotels around the world - the first time I heard my key fob cannot be changed or replaced without costing me.

It is the best in terms of asthetics in Ujjain. It is a wonderful place. Located nearby river. The food taste is really good and they have maintained best hygiene practices

Service is very poor. Rooms are okayish. Food horrible. Nor worth paying for it. Staff in dining room is untrained. Very bad service. Takes ages to get food. They seved vegetables but no accompanying Roti, paratha, nans. Then again only half the nans ordered and kept claiming they seved full order. Wouldn't be staying here again. Not worth the room rates they are changing.

If you want some outside of city, luxury but affordable, great interior and delicious food then this place is perfect for you.

Its beautiful to visit this resort.u will get all type of dish to add in menu following with drinks as per ur choice.calm peaceful and at best location.rang from 250-1000 n more.but I found it reasonable and taste wise much good compared to any other restaurant in Ujjain.also few entertainment is added point like live music.

The cottage and the rooms are fabulous The swimming pool, restaurants, pool side, multicusine, and concept are great. The ambiance is everywhere in the property really great. Very serene and silent atmosphere. Worthy stay week days as well as weekends. Plenty of parking places. You shall get candle lit dinner, pool side anniversary dinner and so on.

Decent location...now more amenities available , food was awesome , service may not on the mark...but ya it's good enough for good stay

Went to the restaurant and did not like even a bit. Unnecessarily spicy food with no other taste. Service was kind of good. Ambience was decent. Nice parking space. But wait, food is the most important part of a restaurant and it was BAD.

Its great hotel by ambience, staff was courteous. Room was very basic i didn't appreciate it much, but it was comfortable. They have plus restaurant which serves multi cuisine delicacies and they were delicious. Over all a good property to stay for a day or two.

We chose Rudraksh as our destination for marriage and I am extremely glad about it. Everything about the hotel is amazing the location, the rooms, the pool, common areas. The staff is very professional and helpful. The food is the best. I have never had a better wedding food. Thank you for making our wedding amazing!!

Rooms are neat and people here are very cooperative. Very nice place; food is tasty and place is also crowded. One can always find various dishes here, which are healthy to eat and can be enjoyed with family i enjoyed the time there!

All amenities are perfect but the service is poor. Especially in the restaurant. Don't go there if you have some other options. We ordered Buttermilk which they gave after we finished our meal. After many request they still fail to provide requested food in the room. What you order and what's delivered is different. Overall poor experience. No staff available at the time of Bhasma Aarti so, you have to go by your own and search your car in the parking. Need a lot of improvement.

We travelled to Ujjain from Bhopal and made reservations for stays at this location, this location, and this location, which is separate. I must confess that I liked the location and thought it was really cosy, and it had everything you'd expect from a tier 1 city resort. It's a new hotel, and we were mostly looking for somewhere with good wifi. But we received much more than just a room with a nice view. The staff was really helpful, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. Whenever we visit Ujjain, this is without a doubt my top pick:)

Room was average. Not really good. But enjoyed my time there. Service was okay. But food was not good at all. Breakfast- very bad, no variety. Pool was very clean. So had a fun time there.

Really nice place to stay at Ujjain. situated just outside Ujjain in a really very eco friendly environment the resort looks really good and lavish. One thing they should try to improve is the quality of food breakfast sir has fruits with seems to be not very fresh and the vegetables have lot of spices otherwise Indian and other facilities and services are good

The hotel is great to have a wedding specially and the service are good and the view is the best you can go there It come between indore and ujjain and I think if you want a staycation the you must visit it

Nice place to stay with basic amenities. Neat n clean. However rooms do not have a hair dryer. Food is average. Dinner was good but breakfast was just ok.

I booked 3 rooms through MMT. All payments were done in advance. I requested early check-in on priority basis. Still i was kept waiting for almost 1 hr. Restaurant staff is not hospitable. It was 30th October, 2022, and the resort rooms were completely occupied. For dinner, I spotted a vacant table in their outdoor restaurant and requested the staff to allocate me that table. But these people were a bit rude and kept my family waiting for more than 30 mins in spite of the fact that the table was vacant. Washrooms need maintanence. Food quality is good (not excellent). It was very very spicy inspite of instructions to keep it very less spicy.

Very good service. On request and availability they gave us early check in and every time ready to help us. Very Good resort to not only stay but for function also. Superb food quality and service 👌. I will stay here only when visit to see corridor again

This resort located best and silence place with best atmosphere. All staff are co-operative and best service to customer. This resort is very clean and hygienic. Food is best.

The hotel is amazing with all the necessary things available, game room, pool, lawn etc. But there was this sales manager who was acting very wierd, despite being the sale guy he was roaming around in the wedding venue as if he is the manager there and when we asked him to help us out with some things he started getting personal, and was trying to pick a fight. We didn't knew he was not the authorised person there to help us out so we were talking to him.... After ruining the whole thing he left without helping us. He is the reason I will never suggest this resort to any of my future clients or friends.

Wrost place to ever be. Below average food and service. Requesting everyone to check their bills properly as they do alot of mistakes with tax calculation and order calculation. Disappointed
