A very good place in Udaipur. I met the owner, an excellent person. The pool side sitting is great for the evening to enjoy the equally good food. Pretty well made & maintained, overall.

Hotel location : 4/5 Rooms : 4/5 Service : 4/5 Food : 3.5/5 You have to take your own opener cuz they don’t provide one in any room, instead you have to call every time you have to open a bottle and it was very irritating, overall Service was good, Staff was polite, food was good(Aloo parathas was tasty), rooms, lobby and overall hotel was well maintained and cleaned. Rooms(we booked club/deluxe mountain facing rooms) are spacious and because of the rates crowd was decent too.

It's a 3-star hotel as it promises. There is always room for improvement. Staff is customer friendly and professional (at least in Hindi). Lobby is attractive. Rooms are nicely done. Bathrooms can be a bit better by a little more attention to cleanliness and by replacing better trash bins as these are kind of broken, and by installing hair dryers as no room has hair dryers. Without personal car, you are stranded at this place. One negative feedback: bedsheets were dirty, including quilt covers, had to call them to replace twice. Showers by the pool are dirty and broken.

Blu Feather Hotel & Spa is a great place to stay in Udaipur. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant with great views of the city. The location is also very convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

Great experience with great hospitality, good view, decent rooms, good breakfast options, great staff cooperation. There is always a room for improvement. I feel they can improve their laundry like bedding n towels.

The Best things of this hotel was Such a cooperative and helpful Staff,Be it tge manager or room service,restaurant staff,laundry everyone was respectful and very kind. 2.The tasty delicious food of the restaurant and at such a reasonable price and that yummy bfast.i wont forget. 3.Nice room size.Rooms were spacious enough 4.cleanliness at hotel was topnotch 5.parking was comfortable wifi was good 6.location maybe a point of concern for some but for us it was not an issue since we went by our own car. its a good 3 star Hotel off a highway, the Restaurant is also good and provides authentic, hygienic and well cooked food. worth waiting here after a long drive to refresh.

We booked the hotel for 4 nights and it was so shocking we had to leave after 3 nights. First of all we arrived there and got told unmarried couples are unwelcome due to their policy. Shocking. Never felt so unsafe and unwelcome. The rooms are okay although the bathroom was in bad shape. The hygiene also horrible. Sheets were dirty pillows as well. Let's talk about the room service. The young staff is very active and friendly. We asked multiple times for room cleaning.. For them room cleaning is just wet scrubbing the floor and making the bed. No new sheets nothing. For us this is disgusting cause we felt like the sheets weren't changed at all. Inroom dining was below average. Breakfast service was good. The manager is also kinda creepy. In the end it was a bad experience for this kinda of price.

This hotel is outside udaipur city. We had a great experience here. Very good rooms, very good food as well. Staff is very cooperative and Nobel.

TLDR: very poorly maintained and highly overpriced. Rooms are very basic no matter which suit u select. Health faucet and showers are not clean. U ll find pigeons trapped in balcony nets. Internet is for name sake. Slowest ever speed. Can't even open Google. Food is below average. They have tata sky in which most of the channels are not subscribed, if u ask them then they will subscribe for 30 mins and then again unsubscribe. Very outskirts of city. never again.

Rate of the room was high as compared to facilities of the room. They were comfy and cozy though. Ambience of the hotel was good too. Breakfast was nice. Room service was quick too. Lunch and dinner al-a-carte were too oily. Next time we did order a less oil dish, which they tried but on a regular basis they should try on normal oil usage. Location was outside Udaipur on the highway.

Best place to stay at reasonable cost. Complimentary Breakfast is good. Best service staff is very polite and rooms are very clean and well maintained. We spent two nights there and loved our stay. View is also good for room. Little away from city yet worth staying

Courteous staff, clean rooms, and super hospitality. Udaipur is a tourist place and there are so many hotels to stay in. But it gets difficult to find the best hotels. I was fortunate enough to find one! Highly recommended!

Been there many times and I simple love their food and drinks. The bar is too good with perfect ambience. The family restaurant is beautifully decorated and food is cherry on the cake. Rooftop has a lovely pool and the view is awesome. Perfect for a outing

There's a restaurant, bar, pool, gym, salon, meeting rooms, banquet, car services on site. Rooftop is also amazing and quality of the food is just woww. Located near Pratapnagar If you are something near to airport and some thing near to Udaipur too...then it's a good choice.. Halls in basement are good and well decorated with well lit jhoomers and light decoration.

Pros: Good Food Good Room Service Cons: Rude Management Cockroaches in the room. The tiles in the swimming pool were rough. No facilities for small kids to enjoy the pool. Everything was going well until the last night when 2 of our friends got stuck in the elevator for around 1 hour. The staff of 5-10 people was not trained to handle the basic lift failure. They were completely clueless and just waiting for technician from Schindler to evacuate our friends. We did not receive any proper compensation too from the owner for our harassment.

The hotel looks nice and cozy on the outside but there are many loopholes when you enter the room. The linens were dirty and stained, the walls had seepage issues. There were cockroaches and spider webs in the room as well. Some of the staff is quite rude and doesn't give any regard to the guest. The staff is incapable of handling any crisis situation. Two from our group were stuck in rhe lift for closer to 50 minutes and the staff had no training as to what to do! The only good thing about the stay was food.
