HONEST REVIEW FROM A TRAVEL AGENT! I booked 2 rooms with OYO from 12th to 17th September, 2020 for 4 people. Problem with OYO: First of all, i would like to address that the OYO representative clearly misguided us stating the property has 2 BHK and it will be entirely on us. He also mentioned the cost is including breakfast. Highly disappointed with the guidance given to us. They surely need to be well trained. Here is my detailed feedback and correct facts: Overview: • This property has 3 levels with 5 bedrooms, dining area and kitchen. • The ground level: 3 bedrooms with attached bathroom; dining area (shared); kitchen (shared); garden (common for all); parking space for 1 car (reservation needed, do confirm with the owner before check-in) • The first level: 2 bedrooms of which one has attached bathroom and the other is outside the room; the sitting area outside the rooms; and huge balcony with amazing view of mountains. • The last level: terrace which is common for all. • The location is 20-25 minutes far from city center. Pros: • The location is perfect for who wants a peaceful and close to nature place. • The rooms are quite spacious. • The kitchen has all utensils for cooking. • The owner Mr. Rathod is very hospitable, flexible and caring. • The care takers are very helpful. • Daily room cleaning and changing bed sheets. Cons: • Bathrooms need renovation for sure. Especially the shower, taps, mirror. • Kitchen needs to be cleaner and to have basic stuff like tea, coffee, sugar. The only thing they had was salt and that too an open packet. • Overall cleanliness could have been better (especially in this covid times). • The Wi-Fi connection was poor. • On last two days, the care taker kept hammering us to rating them 5 star which wasn’t an acceptable gesture. Suggestion to owner: • There must be temperature check upon arrival and sanitizer must be kept in all rooms and floors. • Kitchen must have basic ingredients like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, other basic Indian spices etc. and that too stored in good containers. • A mini fridge should be provided on the first floor so the guests do not have to go down again and again to keep their stuff. • A small kitchen on the first floor would be absolutely perfect for entirely private floor. Advise to guests: • If you’re looking for city centre and close to all sightseeing or market then skip this one. • If you’re booking 2 rooms then go for the first level and convert into private floor but do check/confirm with the owner before booking it. • If you’re planning to cook here then please do carry all basic to regular masalas/ Indian spices.

The rooms are clean and service is good, but location is a bit far away from main city. Its fine if you are having your personal vehicle otherwise a big NO.

Stay was nice, location is outside Udaipur but beautiful. Enjoyed the stay. Caretaker of the property was also helpful and soft spoken. But I suggest to book it directy instead ok booking through OYO (OYO WILL CHARGE THE AMOUNT AND LATER CANCEL THE BOOKING)

Already far from city. & They refuse to let's check in even after confirmed booking from goibibo. Way too much unprofessional behaviour. Other udaipur hotels too refuse check in even after confirmed reservation from online booking sites. Seems local group are playing scam.

Awesome place!! 1st best thing about the place was the hospitality of the owner, he arranged everything for us just on a call conversation.. And the caretaker Mr. Ganesh was also very cheering and helpful person.. Space was very well maintained and it gave us the feel of our house itself.. 2nd best thing is the rooftop, surrounded by mountains, perfect place for peace lovers... 3rd thing was the security, it was a family place, as in you can go here with friends, family, even for couples, it is the best experince... 4th thing very easily reachable from railway station or bus stand. Overall a 10 on 10 place..

Very wonderful place to stay, surrounded by greenery and mountains. This is an amazing place to be here for the planning of vacation. Must visit once for having full amusement.

Now they don't give room to you when you book via oyo they just simply refuse and sey that call the owner directly and book the by them and at the same time Oyo also can't help you properly

The place is excellent and comfortable stay. The place is a bungalow where all rooms are let out for hotel stay. A big temple room within house is a good place to worship before going out to ur work. Ample space in kitchen if u can cook on ur own. If location of this property is not an issue for u , the place is really gud stay at Udaipur.

Very good house for leaving. Attended Ganesh is very helpful guy. Actually Google is taking from jungle area & village & very off road driving we have to do so always prefer drive to through pratap hospital rather than Rabariyo ka village as if u r with sedans car than sure ur car will badly hit mud & stone. Request to owner kindly provide location guide from Transport Nagar. Room cleaning is very good. Garden is very good. You need to cook on ur self & zomato & swiggy can help u. Location is 10 km aways for City palace.

Very bad experience for this home stay. They are not accept booking from Oyo or goibibo . Such a radiculs behaviour of person (care taker) this aal hotels are create a common monopoly to not accept online Booking and when customer are arrives they decline booking and offer a more price to rebook hotel. Never book online hotels in udaipur. We are suffer 5hours to find another hotels .

Clean and big rooms but very poor air conditioning and low quality food with poor services
