Fast time visit. it's truly good. Today iam visit ( 18/11/2021 ) it's Best Treatment

Today I have been there for my and my daughter's eye checkup.I have to say that it was just outstanding they have given us drops,and Dr.Kousik Tripathy who has checked our eyes, was very experienced doctor and his behavior was very good. From there I have ordered one glasses it took 10 min for the delivery. After all I am fully satisfied.

Waiting time is really long. DISGUSTING. Even if number of patients is very low. I have been here many times, never can you get your doctor's visit before 2-3 hours. There are patients who cannot sit for a prolonged period of time but there is no value of patients or time. This has to be taken care of.

A good eye hospital and the worst optical. Never purchase lens or frames from their optical. Never have I encountered such poor service. They will push the customer to purchase spectacles from their optical. They are very good with words. But they do not deliver on promised date. I have visited their optical thrice now but every time they'll come up with some excuse and keep delaying the delivery. Moreover, they do not call to inform about the delay. Stay away.

Located in Kamarhati, GT Road, this is a good hospital for anything eye related. The staff here is well behaved and helpful. There is usually a waiting time and the full eye checkup takes 2-3 hours in total for the first time. The hospital is equipped with modern machines and neatly maintained. You can choose your preferred doctor from the doctors available that day. Overall a good place to get your eyes checked and the doctors are reliable.

Went for an eye checkup. Procedure is very slow. They will make you wait for hours. Waiting time is extremely high. But doctors are very good and staffs are well trained.

Location is very good Worst experience. I came for eye checkup of my parents-in-laws, its total mess after 1.35hr test initiated After computer check up again waiting from last 1:30hr for next test or next table visit. Not able to understand what is going on. I don't recommened this hospital no time value, staff is also working with instrument like they are using for first time.

Too good. All staff is very co-operative. Dr. Manas Nath is the real star in this branch. My cataract operation was very smooth. Just excellent. Wish the team good luck.

The staffs are very cordial. I am very happy with the professional and patient-centric approach of the doctors. My disease (a rare type of uveitis) could not be diagnosed by many famous eye hospitals in Kolkata. I am thankful to God that I found this hospital. I have recommended my friends and relatives to visit this hospital and they are also happy with their service. However, please have time for a proper evaluation- retinal examination after drops may take time. My best wishes to the hospital and may many other people (specifically with rare diseases) like me get the benefit of this world-class eye care center.

Doctors are very good in aspects of behaviour, disease diagnosis etc., but consultation take too much time, I went with cataract related issues and 4 hours I lost. As of now there patient load is very less comperatively Disha eye hospital (Barrackpore) though they comsume a lot of time. Another very interesting part is there counseling part with marketing fellows! I really not liked them, there cunning behaviour made me woe!

Recently my whole family had our eye check-up here. Every staff is courteous. My two of the family members had their eyes operated by very experienced and humble Dr.Manash Nath sir. Asg BT road is very bad.working stuff are irresponsible.waiting time is too long.docorts & optimologist are average class.Asg Lake town is much better.I will never visit this BT road asg.

If something is worse than the word "Pathetic" that truly defines the service here. Such a long wait time even after a small number of patients. Never ever visit here .. just wasted my 4 hours still half of the process has not completed.I just left without check up..

Had a pleasant experience. However some staff require further training w.r.t. counselling & customer relations. Cost of treatment is on the higher side for middle class people like me. Should have crowd-funding options for poor patients.

They made me write a good review first.I did write a good review with a 5 star rating but then when I went to buy the medicines the pharmacy guy was giving me wrong medicines.My patient is having uveitis in her right eye but the guy was instructing us to put the eye drop in the left eye! Although everything was written clearly on the prescription. Is that how you treat a patient? What If I was not careful enough? he would have made my patient go blind. Horrible!

Best Eye hospital in kolkata, what I have experienced that really great, staff behavior and all medical services are really best. I would like thank Dr. Koushik Tripathy really very good Dr. And aslo a good human being.

I called for an appointment and they asked me from where you get your hospital name? They have to fill up the survey form after this they will provide you the information. 3rd class management. Disha and others are far far better. At least they dont force you to fill the survey form when you called them.

I have done my cataract surgery here and by my experience asg provide the best team of doctors. I am really very satisfied with my surgery and Special thanks to my surgeon Dr. Koushik Tripathi . The behaviour of staffs are also very nice and overall the services are good.

Service is overall all good but needs to give more freedom to branch TPA team to give service in well mannered. Staffs and Doctors are well behaved especially Dr. M. Nath, Dr. Tripathy, Mr. Dheeraj Show, Mr. Agrodeep Singh and Mr. Biswajeet Malakar

Really slow and doesn't understand the value of time. Was denied service twice because of their laziness and also the delivery was late. The spectacle shop is really expensive and the staff is rude.

Recently my whole family had our eye checkup here, every staff is courteous. My mother-in-law had her both eyes' cataract operated by very experienced & humble Dr. A Pal. We all are very satisfied with the service including the quality of the spectacle glass.

We are settled at Delhi but due to some personal reason we had to visit Kolkata at our maternal uncle's place. Meanwhile my Old Father who was having cataract in both the eyes was to be operated but since we moved to Kolkata we started looking for a good Hospital where the eye operation could be taken up. While searching we came across "ASG HOSPITAL,BT Road". The review of that hospital really impressed us and after going into details we found that this hospital was having very good medical facilities specially the doctors on the pannel and the staff. We are happy to inform that my Father has undergone of Cataract and glucoma operation of both the eyes at this hospital and the results have been found to be very satisfactory. Our special thanks to Dr Manas Nath, who was able to provide best medical treatment to my Father. The Staff were also found to be very cooperative and helping. Great and extremely professional experience. Checups are efficient and fast. I had an eye infection and with the prescription and medicinal care of Dr Salilsen Gupta I got cured I'm no time. The nurses and adminstration are very polite and professional.

Doctors are very good, for cataract operation reporting time was 8.30 am, but there financial process was started at 1.30 pm, also after complain they submitted documents to insurance department at 2.19 pm, then too much shouted on their front, then also insurance department approved all at 3.08 pm, but ASG gives us documents at after 4 pm. Thats the service of ASG.

Waiting time is extremely high, with average patient volumes. And most importantly rude spectacle shop sales person(blue shirt). Extremely arrogant. Kindly train him on how to behave with customers.

So, being an intern of this hospital I would like to share a few good points . Specialized instruments for detections . 10 steps of refraction by optometrists. Detailed eye checkup by opthalmologists.

Good Hospital for eye checkup,Normal consultancy visit rs-350, but dr. Checking are too much late wait 4hrs. They said dr are in OT you are wait when avelable then called you.Inside optical shop and Medicine shop ,those technicians are power checking they are well behavior and Professional.

I went for my kid Paridhi Agarwal. Definitely this is a good place for eye treatment but the waiting times are not at all justified. For first appointment, the waiting time was 2-3 hours. However, they called for a follow up update on the very next day and informed that the waiting time is uncertain and I should plan atleast one hour waiting just to talk to doctor for maybe just 30 secs. This is unjustified and can be called a mismanagement.

Dr Kaushik Tripathi & Madhuri Acharjee at ASG Hospital BKP were awesome!! They were super friendly, professional & very helpful all through out to my mother who recently went through a Retina surgery with Dr Kaushik Tripathi. While he was immensely informative & guided my mother through every medical procedure very well, Madhuri made sure all the administrative steps + paperwork was being taken care of very smoothly with patience. I live abroad & wasn’t able to make it to India for my mom’s surgery, so I am hugely appreciative of ASG & staffs to ensure this was done without any hiccups or complications. Thank you both & ASG!
