😠 Lenskart doesn't live up to its commitments. I placed my order on 28th Dec and was promised delivery of my glasses in 3 days. But it's been 7 days and I still haven't received them. What's the point of being a "Gold Max" member when the bare minimum service is not provided?

😠 Terrific experience I must say. The lady in this store simply denied me a eye check up. They said that I must buy a frame to avail an eye check up. Both the staff were rude. I am wearing lenskart glasses for 3 years now. And this was my worst experience.

👍👍 Had a great experience at Spectra Eye Hospital, one of the best eye hospitals in Kolkata. Went there for dry eye treatment and it was good. Done lipiflow and my eyes are much better. Good that I found Dr. Ananyabrata Das went I went and had less crowd, better to take appointment early.
